Let me reintroduce myself.

Your mental health matters.
Protection and provision aren’t the only essential pieces of a healthy relationship. They’re also not the only contributions that require significant amounts of energy. What are the different ways you need to show up in your healthy relationship? How do they impact a partner when they’re left to contribute them alone?
Let’s unpack this in our tomorrow 7pm CST.
Is it really attention seeking when people who appear happy or “normal” tell others they’re sad? Are you someone that doesn’t show their stress in ways people would expect it? Is there someone you might’ve judged without knowing?
Let’s unpack this in our tomorrow 7pm CST.
Comment if you appreciate a safe space to address mental health concerns without judgement! There’s a lot of misinformation about people who experience mental health challenges and it silences them. No more being quiet about your experiences out of fear for judgement or mistreatment. We provide a safe space for you to address your concerns and share your story.

Hey friends! Join us for a quick Instagram live hosted by , today at 7pm CST to discuss more about the Genius Gives mission and how often mental health symptoms are mislabeled as character flaws in many communities.
This candid talk with and is very relatable to many families. Often times symptoms in people are written off as character flaws like “defiance”, when in actuality it’s an indication that something else is going on. It’s our mission to ensure that we bring awareness to this matter so that people can get the help they need. Today, we encourage you to reconsider how you label the behaviors of others and extend grace.

After yesterday’s , here are 5 ways you can recover from burnout and recharge:
1. Movement; get your body moving with dancing, working out, yoga, or a light walk. Have fun shaking the stress out.
2. Put the phone down. Feel free to ignore those notifications. Stay off of your phone at least 90 minutes before bed time.
3. Listen to therapeutic music.
4. Ground yourself by putting your bare feet on soil. Take a walk in nature and take in some fresh air.
5. Take frequent breaks. Remember, rest in between work is just as productive.
When was the last time you allowed yourself to recharge and how did you do it?
If you feel yourself becoming irritable or anxious during the week, this can be an indication that you need to allow yourself to recharge. It can be difficult to let yourself do so when the focus is being “productive”. Just remember, rest IS productive and you deserve it.

Why do you give? The motivation can vary depending on the individual, but what makes it unique and rewarding is that you have chosen to freely part with a portion of what is rightly yours, knowing that you may never be compensated for your generosity.
You give because you recognize the impact your efforts will have on the lives of others, and we feel the same way about the .0 and we need your assistance.
