Wallace Lawson, FNP-C wil be maintaining the practice under the direction of Dr. Paresh Patel effective April 17, 2020. All neurology patients will need to find a new provider. Medicare patients may need to find a new provider as well as Wallace will be only offering TeleSleep Medicine for the near future. He will be moving out of the office on April 24, 2020. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an increased impact on our communities, we feel it’s important to share the steps we are taking for our staff and our patients.

Effective immediately we are cancelling all face-to-face visits in our office. We are offering telemedicine visits for $40.00 for established patients to receive their refills for one month. This is the only option we are providing until further notice.

Our staff will work from home so please leave messages on our office VM at 713-465-9282 to schedule your telemedicine visits.

Narcolepsy type 1 clinical study | Now Enrolling The SPARKLE 1501 Study is testing an investigational drug in people with narcolepsy type 1. The main purpose of the study is to look at how safe the investigational drug is and how well your body tolerates it.

Wallace Lawson is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Upon an honorable discharge as a Combat Medical Sergeant in 2005, he worked eagerly to become a Registered Nurse while employed as an Emergency Medical Technician. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and recently graduated Cum Laude in the Fall 2018 from TTUHSC with a Master of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner program. He enjoys his family, outdoor activities and believes in developing relationships, in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.

Thank you for all of your support, cards, and patience while Dr. Swick repairs his neck & back injuries! He will be back to work in no time this spring!
