Ramadan Quran Kareem Competition:

The competition consists of three sections:
The first Section: For adults who speak Arabic.
The second Section: For adults who don`t speak Arabic.
The third Section: For children under 15 years old.

Branches of the first section:

The first branch:
Memorizing the entire Noble Qur’an according to one “rewaya” of the frequent narrations, and knowing the tafsir of the Noble Qur’an from: “Tafsir al-Saadi”, (Al-Tafsir al-Moyassar), or (Al-Jalalin)

The second branch:
Memorizing fifteen consecutive Juz from any position with good recitation ,intonation and knowing the meaning of the vocabulary.

The third branch:
Memorizing five consecutive Juz with good recitation and intonation.

Branches of the second section:

The first branch:
Memorizing with Tajwid the entire Noble Qur’an according to at least one “rewaya”.

The second branch:
Memorizing fifteen consecutive Juz from any position with Tajwid.

The third Section:
Memorizing five consecutive Juz with Tajwid.

Memorizing with Tajwid the entire Noble Qur’an according to at least one “rewaya”.

The names of the winners will be announced on 26th Ramadan 1445 (April 5, 2024) inshaa Allah.

فتح باب الاشتراك في المسابقة السنوية للقرآن الكريم 📖
للعام الخامس على التوالي تعلن الجامعة الإسلامية بأمريكا الشمالية عن بدء استقبال طلبات المشاركة في المسابقة السنوية لحفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته.

تتكون المسابقة من ثلاثة أقسام:
القسم الأول: للكبار من الناطقين بالعربية.
القسم الثاني: لغير الناطقين بالعربية.
القسم الثالث: للصغار تحت ١٥ سنة.

فروع القسم الأول:
الفرع الأول: حفظ القرآن الكريم كاملا؛ تجويدًا وترتيلا بروايةٍ واحدة على الأقل ومعرفة تفسير القرآن الكريم من خلال كتاب: (تفسير السعدي)، أو (التفسير الميسر)، أو (الجلالين).

الفرع الثاني: حفظ خمسة عشر جزءا متتالية من أي موضع مع حسن التلاوة والتجويد ومعرفة معاني المفردات.

الفرع الثالث: حفظ خمسة أجزاء متتالية مع حسن التلاوة والتجويد.

العلوم الشرعية تمثل جوهر الفهم الإسلامي وتحتل مكانة مرموقة في حياة كل مسلم. هذه العلوم ليست مجرد معارف ونظريات علمية، بل هي الأسس الذي يرتكز عليه المسلم في تشكيل معتقداته وأخلاقه وتصرفاته اليومية. إنها تمنح المسلم القدرة على فهم دينه بشكل صحيح، وتزوده بالأدوات اللازمة لتطبيق تعاليم الإسلام الصحيحة بطريقة متزنة ومتناغمة مع متطلبات الحياة العصرية.

والعلوم الشرعية تساهم في بناء شخصية المسلم وتعزيز هويته الإسلامية. يصبح الفرد أكثر وعيًا بمسؤولياته كمسلم ويتمكن من المساهمة بشكل إيجابي في المجتمع.

ومن خلال دراسة هذه العلوم يتمكن المسلم من الرد على الشبهات والأفكار المغلوطة التي قد تواجهه. في عالم يزداد تعقيداً، ومن الضروري أن يكون المسلم مسلحًا بهذه العلوم وهذه المعارف للدفاع عن دينه.

في الختام، فإن العلوم الشرعية تعتبر مفتاحًا لفهم الإسلام وتطبيقه بشكل سليم. كما إنها تربط المسلم بتراثه الغني وتعمق فهمه لدينه، مما يمكنه من العيش بطريقة تعكس تعاليم الإسلام الحقيقية.

Our Islamic Studies High School Certificate (ISHSC) program is honored to welcome Sh Tariq Appleby to Mishkah. InshaAllah Sh Tariq will be teaching Fiqh of Hadith I this Spring. The course is designed for high school students in the 10th grade and above, and will delve into the first 21 hadiths of Imam Nawawi's 40 hadith collection. In times of difficulty and calamity it is essential for us to hold fast to our trust in Allah Most High. We turn to Allah who is the Most Aware, Most Capable, and whose promises to the believers are true. We cannot and should not lose hope in His infinite mercy.

It is this hope and steadfastness that enables us to prevail and to accept Allah's perfect plan regardless of the circumstances. We ask Allah to keep us firm upon the deen and to bring relief all those who are suffering around the world, to strengthen them and reward them for their patience.
