This is pretty accurate. I’m favor there are many oils you can utilize besides lavender for stress. Did you lemongrass is a great choice because it releases tension. The healing of Trauma through Recovery, Essential Oils, and Aromatic wisdom.

In this weekend program, you will be led on a journey within to reveal, review and recover from past traumas through the connection to the stories that we tell each other and the ones we tell ourselves. By connecting the dots, you will be able to rewrite and create a new story for your life. This will be revealed naturally through grace and love. You will have the opportunity to sample and apply specific essential oils chosen from your future self and layered on you, one by one, in the present. Through this process, you will be able to remove and strip away false beliefs and replace them with a renewed blueprint plus another set of oils that represents the truth that aligns with your present purpose and destiny.

Trauma is the Greek word for "wound" and is defined emotionally as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience and physically as an injury. Both can be distressing and can be considered as one of the same as what often lies underneath physical trauma is an emotional imbalance. Essential oils are the oil of nature, sent by nature, the spirit of nature, and the soul of the forest. Essential oils are completely synonymous with healing all traumas as aromatic plants co-evolved with humans over time. Every essential oil constituent is compatible when blended in the optimal dosage, based on what we are looking to overcome. They are complex mixtures that may contain over 300 primary and different volatile compounds generally of low molecular weight. It is unknown how many thousands of compounds exist in minute undetectable amounts. Each has its own unique chemistry with no two oils being exactly alike, just like us. Essential oils evolved through environmental trauma and the need to adapt (or change) and can assist us to adapt, change, recover, realign, repel, attract, go inside, and reach down into the earth and up into the heavens where God resides.

In this program, the focus will be on the source of our trauma not necessarily the trauma itself, and to identify how this trauma has manifested and magnified over one’s life regarding beliefs behavior, and outcomes. You will then participate in identifying specific essential oils and their specific chemistry matching your own specific needs for recovery. Several areas of recovery will be identified, and compatibility and choices made based on the odor, primary constituent, color, shape, location, chemistry, signature, and extraction of particular aromatic plants.
Each participant will identify several compatible oils and several others for assisting in healing and providing what is missing physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. You will not walk away with a blend you will become the blend with the option of having a blend(s) made for you or where you can make your own blend from your own collection.
