Instructor Spotlight: Cassie! Cassie grew up as a gymnast and fell in love with the aerial arts as an adult. She loves how aerial keeps her body and mind healthy! Come take one of her Adult Hammock classes on Tuesdays at 11am or Thursdays at 10am & 7:30pm!

We have a new class for 4-5yr olds! Students will develop strength, flexibility, and stamina, all while participating in fun and challenging courses, exploring all apparatuses. This class will prepare your child to transition into our more mature tumbling and/or aerial classes.

Sign up online for the classes you want before they are full! We will start preparing for our Christmas show at the beginning of Fall!🤗

Kids are about to go back to school so adults this is your time to come have some fun! We offer Adult classes in the mornings and evenings at all different levels! One of our main focuses here at Elevate is safety! We implement this by having coaches demonstrate and walk them through the pose first as the students watch. We then provide hands on help to ensure they are successful and know what it feels like to properly get into the position themselves! 🤸🏽

Aerial Fitness has many mental and physical benefits! One big one being flexibility training. Aerial poses often require stretching and extending muscles beyond typical limits, gradually increasing physical flexibility and mobility! Which is why it’s a great workout for people of all ages💪🏽
