When losing weight, eating foods that are low in calories is essential. However, eating fruit that is low in calories and is filling is helpful to add to your diet.
Meet the BERRIES! 🥰 The colors alone make you fall in love with them.
A half of cup of blueberries contains about 39 calories
5 strawberries have about 19 calories
A half of cup of blackberries contains about 31 calories
A half a cup of raspberries contains about 32 calories.
Have these berries as a snack, add to your oatmeal, or a meal. Berries are filling which will help you eat less.
