Excited to announce boys varsity player Jacob Brown will continue his soccer career at Brescia University. Very excited for him and anyone who saw Jacob play or spent any time with Jacob knows this is well deserved. We wish Jacob luck.

Excited to announce that former Warriors player Nathan Brown has signed a professional contract with the Michigan Stars Football Club. Anyone who saw Nathan play is likely not surprised, the young man is incredibly talented combined with an amazing work ethic. So proud of Nathan in what is likely just the beginning of an exciting professional career.

Congratulations to Alyssa Taylor as she officially signed with Bethel University to continue her playing career with the Bethel Pilots. So proud of her and we wish her luck on the next phase of her playing career.

I wanted to share the funeral arrangements for Will Miles: A visitation for Will will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Faith Church, 9125 N. College Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. A reception will immediately follow the service at the church. It is with tremendous sadness that we want to inform everyone Alex Miles' brother, Will, was in an auto accident last night and passed away. Will played for the club for years and was a fantastic young man. I remember he always had a smile on his face and he had a wonderful attitude. He was such a pleasure to be around and will be sorely missed. Please pray for the Miles family and as we get more details, we will pass them along.

We wanted to announce that Joey Hogan and Truett Woolard were both selected to the National All-Star team. They have been playing together since 5th grade, participated in multiple state finals and won two state championships. They have been selected to numerous All-State teams and now they both made their first National All-Star team together. These players are selected by opposing coaches so is an amazing accomplishment to be recognized. Great work boys, very proud of you two.

We wanted to announce that Ava Conner was selected to the Nationals All-Star team. She was already recognized as an Indiana State All-Star and now the coaches at Nationals recognized her as one of the top players at Nationals. Congratulations Ava, great job.

Boys Varsity finished their season last weekend at nationals finishing 11th out of 37 teams. Brady Hendley will forever go down as a legend scoring the winning goal against Fort Wayne in the last game. Very proud of these young men.

Girls Varsity finished off the season with the maximum points in group play and a 3rd place finish at nationals going 3-1. Very proud of these girls and all their hard work this season.

Congrats to all the teams that participated in our state tournament this weekend. Boys and girls varsity both finishing second while boys jv are state champions. Good luck to all of the players heading to nationals in two weeks.

Wanted to congratulate Warriors players Mason Smith, Nolan Calhoun and Tyler Jaeger on qualifying for Regionals. Well done boys, that is an amazing accomplishment.

Always fun when kids from different home school clubs come together. This weekend Indy Warriors own Josiah Brown and Tobias Woolard along with Jayden Stahl from Indy Genesis won the championship for their soccer league with Josiah scoring a PK with a minute left to tie it and ultimately winning in PKs. Great job and way to represent.

Thanks to all the soccer moms who drive all over, ensure uniforms are all there (and clean), cleats are found, shin guards are packed and all the other many things to ensure our players are ready to go.

Always fun when Warriors run into each other. Saturday, BV player Nathan Miknaitis was the ref for for the 6-4 victory of fellow Warriors Josiah Brown and Tobias Woolard. Josiah and Tobias scored half the goals for their team with Josiah hitting an absolute banger from about 20 yards out.

Wanted to give a shout out to Indy Warriors alum Will Hochstetler and Nathan Brown scoring all three goals in their comeback victory with Indy Gladiators over the weekend. Gladiators are part of the USPL which is considered 4th division in the American soccer system, proud of Will and Nathan. Several alum (and current players) have been affiliated with the Gladiators over the past couple of years.

Also, Nathan Brown has a few spots available for one-on-one training sessions. Nathan is probably one of the most talented soccer players to come through our club and I have no doubt a few sessions with Nathan will improve any player at any age/level.
