Connecting them with accomplished alumni offers an invaluable glimpse into college life and beyond. Our Business Connect students had the privilege of welcoming Andrew Adeniyi, BS'13, founder and CEO of AAA Solutions. Andrew shared his inspiring journey from Kelley student to corporate leader, entrepreneur, and author.

With over a decade of executive-level management experience, Andrew has guided numerous organizations in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a sense of belonging. During his visit, he generously shared his insights and advice with our Kelley students, providing them with practical strategies they can apply right away.
As a special highlight, two students were gifted copies of his books, "The Circle of Leadership" and "The Building Blocks of Belonging," which they described as both informative and inspiring.

This summer IU Indianapolis, Kelley Indianapolis, the Office of Community Engagement, and the Herron School of Art + Design hosted an Entrepreneurship Boot Camp for high school students. IPS students dove into business planning, marketing, and product design, learning from experts and creating prototypes.

With guidance from Barb Cutillo and Kelley faculty and staff, these young entrepreneurs developed their ideas and pitched them for cash prizes. Congratulations to all our students!
