Location: FFA Leadership Center, 6595 South 125 West, Trafalgar, Indiana 46181
Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Checkin: 6:00 PM - 6:30PM
Parking: When you enter you'll park in the large parking lot next to the main building. From there it's a short walk to the event and chaperones will be there to direct you:)

It's time to swing your partner for the 2024 Harvest Hop Dance Off! During both nights the competition will be announced and those not tapped by judges will remain on the floor! Russian dancing, two-step, swing and all other styles encouraged! Winners will receive bragging rights, candy and prizes! We can't wait to see you all this week! 😆

We are so excited to announce that the 2025 Heartland Homeschool Prom will take place May 15th and 16th!

There is not a set date yet for when tickets will go on sale, but that will be announced later this year.

Your evening will include a three course sit down dinner, DJ Iman Tucker, dance caller Seth Tepfer, soda fountain, contemporary and traditional dancing, free-of-charge photo booth, and of course, memories to last a lifetime! We hope you can join us.

Harvest Hop tickets go live at 12 noon!

This year's Harvest Hop will be held on September 5th and 6th at the FFA Leadership Center in Trafalgar, Indiana!

Tickets are $45 and include dinner, dancing, s'mores, and more! 100% of this year's proceeds will go to supporting our Ukrainian orphans living in Poland.

The Prom 2024 countdown has begun! We can't wait to welcome another incredible group of students for both Opening and Encore Night! Below are a few things to keep in mind for both evenings!

-Check-in starts at 6pm and we recommend you arrive as close to that as possible! If you are travelling from out of state, please keep the one hour time change in mind (we're on EST in Indianapolis!)

-Please bring your QR code with you on your phone for easy check-in (there's no need to bring your keepsake invitation!). If you can't find your QR code, we can also check you in manually.

-Parents of Seniors are welcome back at 11:30pm for the Senior Dance, please dress in your Sunday Best or Semi-Formal attire. After the Senior Dance you are invited to watch the remainder of the evening from the balcony!

-We have a fantastic group of volunteer chaperones with us this year as well, and we are so grateful! If you need anything at all during Prom night, please come find a friendly face!

**Dress Code Update!** Hi Ladies and Gentlemen! We are so excited to welcome you to Prom tomorrow and on Friday! We have been getting several dress code questions and wanted to clarify a few things before Prom Night, to prevent having to send any students home to change.

If you have any questions, you're welcome to send us a photo of your attire and we can check it for you. Please forward this along to your guests if they do not receive our email updates.

Ladies (this is not the full dress code--just notes from a couple of common questions!):
-If you have any sort of v-neck in your dress, it must have a panel Dress flats or heels are required
-No backlines below the smallest portion of your natural waistline, or cut-outs below the natural bra line.
-Slits need to come below fingertips and your dress needs to hit below or at some part of your knee.

Gentleman (also not full dress code, just from common questions!)
-No tennis shoes, chucks or dress boots as these are not formal.
-Matching, dark, suits are required. If you are wearing a tux, it doesn't need to be a specific color.

Why is the HHP a Black Tie event?
One of the missions of the HHP, when it began, was to give homeschooled high school students the opportunity to experience a complete, black-tie formal event in their high school years. In many countries, black-tie balls, proms, and formal events are a right of passage into adulthood which was the inspiration for making the HHP a black-tie experience!
As you are making final decisions on your gorgeous dresses, and spiffy suits, please take a moment to review the dress code to make sure you're within the guidelines. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

Attention All Seniors!!! 🎉 It's time to submit your requests for your 2024 Senior Dance Song! A poll with the top songs will be sent out for final voting! The final day to suggest a song for the 2024 Senior Dance is Monday, April 1st, 2024! To request yours use the link in the comments!

Attention Parents of Seniors!!! 🎉Registration for the 2024 Senior Dance is now open! The Senior Dance is a special time when the entire dance floor is cleared for the Seniors, their parents, and their partners. It's a time to honor the Senior's accomplishments and what lies ahead! Tomorrow (Sunday, March 24th) is the last day for table and Mini-Group reservations! If you have not reserved a table for your group, we encourage you to do so as seating placement is on a first come first serve basis the night of prom.
If you coming in a small group (3 or less) and booked tickets together, you must make a Mini-Group reservation if you wish to be seated together. Mini-Groups are completely free and are not eligible to be linked with other reservations.

What is Union Station? Designed in 1888, Indianapolis was the first city in the world to create a "Union Station" where train companies would have a central meeting point so passengers to transfer trains with ease. Now over 130 years later, Union Station is one of Indianapolis' premiere venues. With over 3200 square feet of stained glass and its towering 60-foot arched ceilings, this massive 13,000-square-foot ballroom is the backdrop for your prom 2024!

Mini-Group Reservations are now open! 🎉Mini-Group Reservations, are free table reservations for groups of 3 or fewer! If you are coming with just a couple of friends or just your date, this ensures you don't have to worry about seating on the night of prom! To make yours, use the links in the comments!

Mini Group reservations are free and are not eligible to be linked to another table. If you decide to add yourself to another table, you must cancel your Mini-Group Reservation. This helps ensure we don't mess up reservations!

We’re doing this years dance lessons March 16th and 23rd from 2-4 PM at Franklin Parks and Recreation in Franklin Indiana! Tickets are $5 to cover room rental fees.

Dance lessons are an awesome way to get to know other students outside of your group going to prom and to get comfortable doing the line and traditional dancing.
