Greek food is one of my favorite cuisines. I love it so much and try to make Greek inspired meals at least once a month at home. My Greek Gyro Meatloaf is a delicious and easy twist on traditional Gyro meat. Garlic, onion, and spices mixed with lean ground beef and lamb baked into a meatloaf. So delicious, you will make this over and over again! Serve in pita bread and top with Tzatziki sauce for an amazing Gyro Wrap!
