City Life Wheels

City Life Wheels gives students free automotive training, but leaders say it's about much more Every Tuesday night on Indy's near East side, a group of students are getting their hands dirty learning basic automotive skills.

Check out these classic cars the crew at Wheels have been working on! They will be up for auction this Saturday morning, Sept. 16th. at a classic car auction. Wheels students and leaders will be there. Thank you to Freije and Freije Auctioneers for creating an opportunity to raise funds for CLW through the sale, and for generous friends who donated these cars!

Congrats to Malachi Adkins for finishing 6th place at the All-American Soap Box Derby World Championships last weekend.

We are very proud of these 11 recent City Life Wheels Academy graduates! After training with us for 5 months, most are now working full-time in dealerships throughout Indianapolis!

Thank you to so many generous people today! I ran into Robert who was once a City Life Wheels student but hadn’t seen him in years. He is now working at Eastgate Chrysler as a technician and really enjoys his work. So proud of him.

Our City Life Wheels Academy 2022 graduates! (missing a few in this picture)

Do you want to learn to work on cars or explore a career as an Automotive Technician? We have 8 week classes starting this fall in the evenings and after school to try it out! We also have a more intensive Academy that gives you a jumpstart into a career. The Academy is a paid training school, for Seniors in high school through 22 years of age. Seniors can attend during school hours and get school credit during their spring semester. January through May. We offer paid internships during the Academy and our graduates often get full-time jobs immediately. Call or text for more information: 317-449-9801
