A key responsibility of Public Health is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every 5 years. Warren County Health Services (WCHS) has partnered with multiple health and community organizations to conduct the survey to receive Warren County residents feedback and WE NEED YOU Adults 18 and older that reside in Warren, Polk, or Dallas County are encouraged to participate and take part in the survey. Your input is important and will help us understand health challenges in our communities. The survey is available online (http://www.prcsurvey.com/begin/CentralIowaCHNA2024) and WCHS staff are available to assist participants with completing the survey. Survey participants that complete the survey with a WCHS staff member will be eligible to win a $10 Walmart or Fareway gift card and be entered into a drawing for a gift basket (limited gift cards available).

April showers bring... Household Paper to Warrior Giving Wednesday! On April 10, 3:30-5:30 NAMA will collect donations of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and tissues. Simply drop off your donation at Norwalk Christian Church (701 Main St) or in one of the collection boxes located at Norwalk area churches, the library, True Roots Chiropractic, Edencrest and Norwalk Chiropractic. This is a great way to make a quick impact on your Norwalk Neighbor. Items will be distributed to Norwalk area families who have signed up in advance.
