While learning about upcoming classes at our recent registration day, students and families also had opportunities to connect with community partners. We're grateful to all who participated in our resource fair providing access to additional support beyond the classroom.
Alma participated in TGR Learning Lab after-school programs in high school & gained support to become a first-generation college graduate. She later aligned her career path with a passion for serving students & is currently the director of our scholar program.
Through after-school classes at the TGR Learning Lab, Brandon connected his passion for movies to a career in film and photography. He still uses the skills gained at the Learning Lab daily in his career as a director and producer.
Karina was exposed to STEM and education opportunities at the TGR Learning Lab in elementary school. Throughout high school and college, she received the resources and support needed to make her dream of becoming a first-generation graduate a reality. Karina is currently building her marketing career as her brother, Pedro, paves his own path with support from TGR Foundation.

Through our partnership with DoD STEM, we recently hosted the first bi-annual Pathways to College and Career Conference at the Marine Corps Base Quantico. Geared toward military-connected students and families, the conference welcomed more than 25 education institutions and speakers to help students prepare for life after high school.
