.lombard is a South Central, Los Angeles native. A product of the Los Angeles public school system. Graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management emphasis in Restaurants. During her time at Cal Poly she became a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

The idea for a children's book came about in 2019. Once COVID-19 changed life as we all knew it she began to feel bad for the elementary school students in her neighborhood who had to stop going to school. As a result, Adrienne started reflecting back on her own elementary school experience. The passionate teachers she had, the school projects she'd done and how a whole generation would miss out on those exact experiences. Determined to make sure every kid, whether they were able to return to the classroom or not, got the chance to experience the fun that came from passionate school projects. " Chelsey Chip For President" was born.

For President is full of fun, laughter and learning! The perfect recipe to make any elementary student fall in love with school, no matter what the classroom looks like!
