Our Birthday Bash of Miracles was a truly special celebration! 🎉

We had the joy of hosting 9 families, with over 65 family members joining us for a day filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Our Miracles For Kids families had an amazing time surfing the waves and making unforgettable memories at Bolsa Chica State Beach in Huntington.

Turning Red on June 28th 🎬

62 family members joined us for a magical movie night at The Frida Cinema in Santa Ana, enjoying "Turning Red" and a delicious meal. The evening highlighted themes of family relationships, friendship, and emotional regulation.

A heartfelt thanks to our volunteers for delivering food, greeting families, and guiding parking, and to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and Little Caesar's for the generous pizza donations. Families also received handmade blankets, adding a special touch to the night.

On Saturday, June 22nd, nine families joined us for a fun-filled family day with Piggie Bear and California Love Drop! The afternoon started with games like Connect 4, Ladder Toss, and Corn Hole. Families enjoyed delicious burritos from Wahoo’s, courtesy of California Love Drop, and fresh juices from Perricone Farms. 🌯🥤

After lunch, Mara James read her book, *The Power of Piggie Bear*, teaching kids to manage their feelings positively. 📖 The Piggie Bear mascot even made a special appearance, acting out scenes from the book! 🐻 Families loved the experience and took home their own copy of the book and other goodies.

Last week, we hosted the first paddle event of our 13th Annual Miracles for Kids “Surf & Paddle” Summer Camp! ⭐ 🏖️

This event offers our families a much-needed physical and mental respite. Participants enjoyed a day of fun in the sun and in the water outrigging, learning to paddle board, building sand-castles, playing games on the beach, and enjoying lunch delivered from .

Meet Sheyla🌟

Sheyla was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and underwent intensive chemotherapy. After a relapse, her family moved to California for better treatment. Despite the challenges, Sheyla stays positive and loves making art.

With help from Miracles for Kids, they secured a stable home at Miracle Manor II, where Sheyla now has her own room and a swing set. Her story is one of bravery and love.

The 27th Annual Stars & Stripes Tournament this past weekend in Los Cabos, MX was a HUGE success raising $4.6M for Miracles for Kids and other amazing children’s charities. Miracles for Kids has been a proud charitable partner of Stars & Stripes for the last 15 years, each year traveling down with donors, board members, and Miracles’ families to enjoy three days of fun in the sun and create unforgettable memories. This year our guests swam with dolphins, participated in the golf and fishing tournaments, relaxed at the spa & so much more with each night including a performance by music legends Train, Billy Idol, Colbie Caillat, Gin Blossoms, Five for Fighting, and American Authors.

Thank you to our donors and supporters… it’s BECAUSE OF YOU that we can make miracles and help the low-income families with critically-ill children in our program. And thank you to &S Tournament for organizing such an amazing event, we can’t wait for next year! Mark your calendars for June 26-29, 2025 ❤

12 family members enjoyed "The Good Dinosaur" together, sharing laughs and smiles. The movie facilitated productive conversations about family and overcoming fears. Thanks to Little Caesars for the tasty pizza!

Our movie nights are part of our Wellness Program, helping families build social skills and cope with stress.
