Williams AZ you were definately challenging! Many would think the delays were due to covid related with materials not delivering on time along with being in a remote area. Those delays we had over came by ordering the materials and buying out the job at day one! The real kicker was the weather! We came from Texas thinking the challenge would be the heat but in the end it was Rain and Snow! It was fun and now time to head out! Slab done ✔️ Soft Cut ✔️… Did someone forget to do the plumbing? Where’s the waste and vent stack ?🤯
Yes we took a different approach to bury most of it to get a smoother better slab.

Prepping for that 3:30AM Concrete Pour tonight. Had some spare time to Erect the Structural Steel to make up some lost Rain days. This team out in Williams AZ on the Hampton Inn Project has proved to be the “A” Team! Keep up the good work guys!

I like to give thanks to my team for finishing this project within our schedule time especially out in West Texas. Besides the heat; the challenges they faced and overcame were well handled. Thanks to Vinodbhai for the opportunity for granting Reeva Inc to build this property. We are aiming to accomplish the same result for the Fairfield Monahans. Thanks to Shawn and his team in getting the hotel set up and ready for the franchise inspection. They did an excellent job.
