Check out Centerville Industrial! A 150,520 SF industrial warehouse located in Garland, Texas, featuring 32 overhead dock doors, 2 overhead drive-in doors, and MEP design build. The truck court includes 18 clerestory windows above the overhead doors, with clear heights of 32’-0”. A unique site feature is the 12’ tall foundation wall and retaining wall installed along one side of the building!

From worship spaces to classrooms, and a welcoming lobby to support areas and a cozy kitchen, it's a hub for connection. Outside, the fun continues with new play mounds, a refreshing splash pad, and lush turf lawns, fostering joy and vitality for all who enter.

Yesterday, Ridgemont hosted a safety stand down at our KBC Denton Mayhill project. STC - Safety Training & Compliance delivered an insightful presentation on construction site hazards and preventive measures 👏

Following the presentation, we treated everyone to delicious pulled pork for lunch, prepared by our talented team. Additionally, we held a raffle with loads of exciting prizes, ensuring everyone went home with something!

Safeguarding the well-being of every individual on our job sites remains our top priority. It's a commitment we take seriously, extending our efforts to continually educate and empower our trade partners and employees about the indispensable value of prioritizing safety at every step of the way!

The FRESHLY finished 288 380 Logistics Park is substantial in scale, made up of four industrial buildings situated off Mingo Road in Denton, Texas, with a combined square footage of 802,100.

Each building is characterized by 98 clerestory windows, measuring 2' tall and 9' wide. The park is equipped with two detention ponds on its north and south sides. Notably, a nearly 3,000-linear-foot premium stone retaining wall enhances both functionality and aesthetics, strategically placed between the buildings and the detention ponds.

Additionally, our project involved widening Mingo Road and introducing a turning lane to accommodate increased traffic flow.
