Many Helping Hands Ministry

We want to say a Huge Thank You to Spring Creek and to everyone who came out for our Fundraiser last month. We had 195 people check in and was presented this check for $1400. Such a Blessing, Praise God 🙌. Thank you for your ongoing support. Together we make a difference in our friends without homes lives. ❤

Today I got to meet one of the volunteers from Holly family of Nazareth. We have worked with them before and they have helped us out. But today they delivered food to two of our families that are living in cars.

I love that they have people that drop off to the person no matter where they're at that's just such a blessing! Thank you God for all the partners you sent our way and thank you God for all your blessings! :-)

Another very busy day at the day Center 35 peeps! Thank you so much Miss Allen and mystery. They made pulled pork mashed potatoes salad and sugar cookies.

We thank all of our volunteers for showing up each and every time we are open. You cannot do what we do without volunteers. So if you want to come by and take a tour and check us out we would love to have you volunteer with us! :-)

We want to Thank Sandy and James Curran our MHH food coordinators for picking up food for many years for our Ministry. We are so Grateful for weekly Sprouts and Panera Bread that has blessed our friends so much. Also all our dedicated volunteers who help bag, put away and deliver it. We wanted them to know we definitely appreciate all their hard work.

We had another family come into the day Center today. Last week we had four families week before that we had two. The numbers are growing with the amount of families living in their cars. A big majority of those families are single moms with children.

Today was a mom and dad and two teenage girls. We are doing everything in our power to reach out to other Ministries to help them. We know that God puts people in our path for a reason. We just continue to try and help everyone that comes through the doors families and all. We know God has it and he has a plan

We had a really good crowd today 35 friends were treated to lunch some some of them asked for needs that were filled. Lots of showers and laundry and lots of smiles! :-)

Thank you so much too are youth group that came today to cook for us for lunch they loved it! :-)

We love it so much having Youth groups come to the day Center in any capacity whether it's cooking, cleaning, fixing things, or just sitting down and talking with our friends!:-)

We want to say a big thank you to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Irving. It's the third Saturday of the month and that's the day we pick up sandwiches and chips from their sandwich Ministry!

Today we picked up 800 sandwiches and we were able to share with and bless 4 other Ministries with sandwiches and chips. Because of the gracious hearts of Our Redeemer Church sandwich Ministries we are able to bless so many so they are able to bless others.:-)

We are so proud Miss H. She is off the street and going back to school. We are helping her celebrate with the brand new backpack for school.

We are truly blessed to be able to be a part of their Journey and to see their transformation of them getting their lives back on track.

We all stumble and fall it's how we get back up and it's the ones that help us along the way. We are blessed to be able to be the ones that lend a helping hand up! :-)

Wanted to say are a big thank you to our kitchen help today. Are normal Friday team was out and they stepped up and did an amazing job! :-)

We want to say a big thank you to Jacob from Oak Street Health. They came out today to do a blood pressure training. They showed our clients how to check blood pressure.

We are so grateful to Oak Street Health they have been partners of ours for almost 2 years. They come out and help our guys with medical needs they've helped us get medical supplies that we need. And now we're starting little training classes.

We say thank you for all the blessings! :-)

What a blessing Rejoice Lutheran Church in Coppell brought to us. Taco Thursday, oranges, watermelon and a big heart to love on our clients! We could not do this without Churches and Organizations like Rejoice Lutheran !

We had three more families come in today. We are starting to see more and more families come to the day Center looking for help. We reach out to other resources and do all we can to help them.

I want to say a big thank you to Pastor Webb and his wife Lydia. They help us in any way they can to help us work with these families to help these Mamas and these babies get off the streets.

Thank you Lord for all of your blessings and we know you're going to continue to bless us and guide us the way we need to go to help these families. Because we know this is going to just continue to grow and it's not going away! :-(

We also want to say a big thank you for the donation of salads and tres leche cakes! :-)

But busy great day in the kitchen we had today at the day Center. We want to think Eileen and Jerry for providing the meal today. And all the volunteers that they had helping them thank you!

On the menu today was chicken alfredo salad and pie yum yum! :-)

We want to shout out a big thank you to First Baptist Church. They're amazing youth group came today and helped us out. They worked in the kitchen, laundry and food area.

Lots of donations today of clothing, toiletries and hygiene.

And thank you to the volunteers that went through all of these donations. Thank you God for all your blessings on this ministry! :-)

Thank you to everyone who came out to Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser last night. I appreciate those who took pictures and sent them to me. Great meal, great friends, Great Many Helping Hands Ministry . We are so Blessed and Grateful for everyone that volunteers, donates and supports us. ❤ 🙌

Busy day today at the day Center. Lots of special friends and volunteers today this was a very special day.

We have been open two years this month if you've never been by the dates Center to check us out come by and check us out you'll love it! :-) we are open Monday Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 2:00 come and get a tour! :-)

Big thank you too a youth group that came today from Mustang Recreation Center. They did an awesome job making lunch today they did a taco bar they make tacos and rice and pie for dessert! :-)

We are so grateful to our youth in our community that come out to the day Center. They do a great job of interacting with our friends and they work extremely hard . We are truly grateful thankful and blessed! :-)

We are so grateful when we can give our neighbors a little hand up. We were able to help someone out with a little food today

Big thank you too our stylist that popped in today just for a little bit but she still got six haircuts done. And they were very thankful and grateful and blessed!💕

Huge Thank you to the youth from Mustang Recreation center. Natalee and the team sorted and organized our winter clothing storage/office over the last two Saturday's. Huge help so we are ready for the fall and winter season change. These volunteers knocked it out of the park and have served 2 Thursdays and two Saturdays. They are all coming tomorrow to our Day center and cooking and serving the meal. What a Blessing they have been. We are so thankful to l the Youth groups that come and serve!!!

We want to thank Sprouts for their weekly donations that we use at our Day center. Our friends get fresh fruit, salads, sweets and other treats each week. Such a Blessing ❤ We are so Grateful for all of our Partners that donate to make this Ministry possible. 🙏

We help our friends with different situations every day. The saying below nothing is permanent situations change everything. We help our friends every single day at the day Center to try and change their situations

However that looks for them. It could be a listening ear. It could be helping them get into rehab. It could be reconnecting with family. And it could be just one of our friends supporting another friend in their time of need.

It truly is a humbling experience to go through all these emotions with our friends. At times it's hard but we know God is called us to do this. We help them exactly where they're at and help them get to the next place whatever that may be in their Journey. So we say thank you to each and every one of you that has helped this ministry in any way if it's by praying for us if it's by financially helping us, if it's by donating laundry soap or a meal in any way any support we say thank you.

We stand in awe at the things that God has helped us accomplish in the past 2 years at the day Center and in the past 11 years as Many Helping Hands Ministry .

We know the Lord still has great things for us to accomplish and things for us to do. And we are grateful and blessed for the ones that come beside us and help us do what we do! :-)

Another delicious meal at The day Center thank you to Gina and her team. They had a pasta dish with chicken and veggies and then they have chocolate chip cookie bars they were delicious!
We truly are so grateful to all of the volunteers that show a beach and every day at maybe Helping Hands. We really are making a difference in so many people's lives in our community. If you have never been by come by and take a tour so you can see exactly what it is that we do everyday is a day sooner and how many lives we are helping transform! :-) thank you Lord for all your blessings!

What a great busy night at MHH. Thank you Pat for providing the awesome meal cooked by our very own Ms Sheila. We had the youth from Mustang Recreation center who rocked it, helping with serving, clothes closet, cleaning. What a great bunch of youth! We are so Grateful for all the groups and for our regular dedicated volunteers that make this Ministry possible 🙌
