🌟 Neelima 🌟

I have been with CFI for the past 2 years! 💪🏻

When I started CF 2 years ago I couldn’t even pick up a barbell. I was scared and intimated but I didn’t need to be. I made a lot of progress with the help of the awesome coaches and encouragement from our friendly supportive members. ☺️ I look toward to going to CF everyday with a positive mindset! It’s my happy place!

Fun facts about me:
• I have run 🏃‍♀️ 16 half marathons and one full marathon
• My favorite CrossFit movement is the clean
• I have lived in Seattle 🏙️ for 22 years where I have raised my 3 kids
• I love baking! 🍪

Hi CrossFit Issaquah!

My name is Shannon Terry and I joined the family in the middle of May when I moved to Fall City.  I have been on a weight loss journey for over two years and have lost a lot of weight. 

Since joining CFI, I have lost an additional 25 pounds and increased my strength tenfold. 

Some of you ask me why I smile during the WODs:  I’m just happy that I’m able to do them and get that workout high.  It feels amazing that I have my life back.

I love it at CFI and would highly recommend it to anyone. The coaching is excellent, and the members are always friendly and caring. I hope I am here forever!

List of things you can do instead of making excuses for why you can’t go to the gym:

1. **Set Clear Goals**: Define what you want to achieve. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, having specific goals can keep you motivated.

2. **Create a Schedule**: Plan your gym sessions at the same time each day. Treat it like any other important appointment you can’t miss.

3. **Find a Workout Buddy**: Having someone to exercise with can hold you accountable and make workouts more enjoyable.

4. **Track Your Progress**: Use a journal or an app to log your workouts and track your progress over time. Seeing improvements can be highly motivating.

5. **Prepare in Advance**: Pack your gym bag the night before and set out your workout clothes. This reduces excuses and makes it easier to head out the door.

6. **Choose a Convenient Gym**: Select a gym that is close to your home or workplace. The more convenient it is, the less likely you are to skip your workout.

7. **Mix Up Your Routine**: Keep your workouts interesting by trying new exercises. No two days are exactly alike at CrossFit Issaquah. This can prevent boredom and keep you engaged.
