For those who have friends in any area who is interested in trying lacrosse…

All existing and NEW lacrosse players welcome. We will have games and events for everyone to participate in. If you are thinking of playing but are unsure, this is the perfect time to try it out. Coaches will be on hand to instruct and we will have gear available to use. We look forward to seeing everyone!

ISD Girls Lacrosse is excited to announce that we have partnered with Hustle House in Sammamish for our High School Players (Optional) preseason conditioning program. Hustle House is well respected in the Youth Sports conditioning with each session focusing on:
-Speed & Agility
-Strength & Conditioning
-Stability & Coordination
-Injury Prevention

Goals:
-Make you faster
-Make you stronger
-Make you more agile
-Reduce your risk of injury
-Make you the best athlete you can be!

The package includes 5 Wednesday evening 1-hour sessions starting January 17th – February 14th. These sessions will be for ISD Highschool Players only. Class start times may vary (7:00pm or 8:00pm) depending on the registration numbers. We have two sessions booked on Wednesdays, with each session having a maximum number of participants. If ISD Girls Lacrosse has less than max players register it will be one class if we have more, then we will have two sessions back-to-back and assign players to one of the sessions.

It's hard to believe that we've reached the end of the season! Our youth girls take on Mercer Island and Doublecrosse this weekend - come cheer them on and help us celebrate another fantastic season!

It's our biggest game of the season! ISD Girls take on SAAS in the State Semi-Finals! Wear your GREEN, bring your loud voices and let's cheer them on to victory!

ISD Girls Youth will be at Beaver Lake Middle School all day Saturday - it'll be a hot one so make sure to hydrate and bring your sunscreen to cheer them on as the season winds down!

BIG GAME TONIGHT! Our ISD Varsity girls have earned a spot in the state quarterfinals, and will take on Lake Samm Lax at 7:30pm at Skyline HS. They need your support! Bring your family, friends and teammates and let's GET LOUD!! See you tonight!!
