It’s beginning to look a lot like…

CHRISTMAS! 🎄☕️

I know it’s kindaaaa too early, but I definitely am feeling more in the holiday spirit this year than in recent years, and while I literally JUST took down my Halloween decorations, I am ready to put the tree up… (although I probably won’t because I gotta host 2 Thanksgivings first - BUT I’m not against it!) 🦃🎄

🎶 I even saw Elf the Musical this past weekend and if that doesn’t put you in the mood to spread Christmas cheer then I don’t know what will.

🥂 But honestly, CHEERS to a new season - and I’m not just talking about the holidays, but cheers to a new season you may be experiencing in life, in work, in relationships, and in your own self-love journey.

Exciting new things are coming in my next season, and while I’m not 💯 sure what will happen next, and the unknown is scary and triggers alllll my anxiety, I am choosing to remind myself that I can do hard things, and hey - what if it all works out?

**NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH!!!** This was a very special project for a local nonprofit that I SO enjoyed working on!

Strong Like Steve Foundation is a nonprofit that provides support & local resources for caregivers of adults with intellectual and developmental differences. They do really cool fundraisers to raise awareness and bring the community together like donating boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, creating handmade cards, and even a spring Bocce Ball Tournament!

The most helpful though is a library of local resources for caregivers of adults with special needs. While there are certainly resources "out there" they can be hard to find (especially for ADULTS), so bringing them together in one place and allowing for easy updates and additions was important 🧡

Thank you for allowing me to bring this site to life and play a small role in all the amazing work you do! I'm so proud to support this mission and am inspired in new ways to be STRONG LIKE STEVE! 💪🧡

This past week “success” for me has been being able to flex my schedule the way I needed and wanted to so I could be with my family when my grandma passed away.

I got to sit with her in the hospital, be there with my mom, start going through her house, and celebrate her life just how she would have wanted.

I’m grateful to have had an incredible grandma in my life for as long as I did - she was 96 (yes, as old as the Queen!) and lived 5 houses down the street from my parents as long as I remember.

I am grateful to be a with the flexibility and freedom to define my own success and pivot how I need to while still doing work I love.

Thank you to my clients for your support and understanding. Your kind words have meant so much to me 🤍

Life is beautiful and hard - everything is bittersweet. Times like these remind me what matters most, and how I am truly living the dream.

Remember, at the end of the day you want to choose the platform that YOU are most comfortable with, since YOU are the one that will be managing and updating it after it’s all set up!

💻 And don’t forget to ask your web designer for training! I always provide learning resources for my clients - either live via Zoom, documents with screenshots, or short video tutorials —or a mix of however they learn best. I’m also available a full month after launch for any questions that come up as you take over, so you can feel confident!!

Of course there are A LOT of opinions out there about platforms, but I wanted to share mine based on my own experiences. Keep in mind technology is always changing, which means opinions are always evolving!
