It was a fascinating talk and a wonderful event! Even his “corne-a” jokes and pop culture references were well executed and well received! 😂 👁👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👓

We are excited to announce that we have cared for over 500 patients since opening in January! 2020 has been a challenging year for many people and probably not the best time to open a new practice, but we greatly appreciate the support of our wonderful Jacksonville community to entrust us with their eye care. Thank you! 🤗❤️👁

It was an honor to present our research at the annual meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists, even if it was only a virtual meeting!

The current COVID-19 pandemic, and the response of federal and state authorities has made it necessary to balance protecting our patients from unnecessary exposure with the need to continue to care for them. Therefore, in an effort to do this and to comply with the guidelines issued by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the State of Florida, Leder Retina & Uveitis will postpone routine exams but will continue to see clinic patients who have an urgent or emergent need. Both new and returning patients will be contacted to confirm or reschedule their appointments. We will continue to take call for local hospitals. We will be available for emergency consultation by phone or referrals as needed by our patients, referring doctors and the community. We hope everyone stays safe during this unprecedented emergency. Please do not take any unnecessary risks and remember, we will always be available to see you if your condition worsens, or you feel the need to come in.
