Meet Gaby Haddad, a Jacksonville native, has a deep love for her hometown. After earning her B.S. in communication with a focus in public relations from UNFCOAS and later obtaining her M.S. in communication management with a business focus from UNF, she gained five years of marketing experience.
Driven by a passion for crafting charcuterie boards, Gaby transformed her love for creating these boards into a profession. Her master's courses at UNF aided in developing her business plan. With certifications, licenses, and insurance in place, G's Charcuteries emerged as a custom catering company that turns food into art.
Sourcing fresh ingredients and meats from Bar Molino in San Marco, G's Charcuteries has become a go-to for various events. Gaby has catered fundraising events, grand openings, art gallery installations, business gatherings, weddings, birthdays, and more. Noteworthy is the board she crafted for her brother's engagement in Tuscany, Italy, featuring locally sourced Italian meats and cheeses.
