Hey everyone!

I think I need to stress how important it is to schedule now before it’s too late! I will be done at the end of March because my lease will be ending after that. After March 31 I will no longer be in business. Please inquire if the timeslots I have open and available on my online booking do not work… I am trying to be flexible and work people in as needed but I also need to be able to pack up an entire home And still be a mom while going through all of this! Please be flexible with me as I’m doing my best to transition into no longer working in the Des Moines area. This is a tough decision, but we are beyond excited to be closer to our children and the ability to watch them grow up from a closer standpoint is so much more important to us. Thank you for all of your continued support through the last seven years only few if you have followed me through ALL my trial and error‘s and I appreciate you beyond measure. Continue to check back to my page if you want a last-minute opening or availability.

Hello my extremely valued clients and friends, it is with great excitement and sadness I announce that my family is moving due to my husbands job, and to be closer to my step kids. This means I will no longer be taking care of everyone in Johnston. It has been a great career growing in the metro the last almost 7 years.

I haven’t decided if I will start over in a new salon when we move because we will be near the quad cities. I also do not anticipate coming back to take care of clients occasionally (but not 100% ruled out). This comes very sudden and unplanned but everything happens for a reason and I believe this was meant for us to be more involved with our boys. They deserve it.

I won’t be working after March so please reach out to me directly to book your appointment. My online booking is turned off because I won’t be taking any new clients. Please be patient with response time and be flexible if you’d like in. I want to take care of as many of my current clients as possible before I leave. I will post available times if slots need filled. Please refrain from last minute cancellation so I can be available for everyone 🥰

Thank you all so much again and I look forward to this last month. It’ll be a hard one 🥹 but worth it ❤️

They are scheduled this way to either double book color appointments OR to do haircuts while you process. This has worked well for me the last month to accommodate my time off and clients needing in. You must reach out in regards to what day and time you would like as my online booking option isn’t available still to best accommodate everyone. One month ago we welcomed our baby girl EARLY! Eisley (Eyes-Lee) Rae came early naturally like her brother. Guess it’s not a comfy place in there 🤣

I will be returning to work THIS MONTH! Stay posted to see when. Most likely will be next week! Will only be evenings and weekends until further notice. No daycare for the kids requires this mama to stay home during the day with them ❤️

I forgot to post here with my great news! I’m pregnant with a BABY GIRL! My heart could not be more full and over the moon excited. 🥰
My due date is expected to be Nov 2nd, but we shall see how long baby wants to stay put before she arrives. I’m hopeful for full term, but with Parker’s unexpected 6 week early arrival anything is possible! Taking all steps necessary to ensure we prevent that from happening again 😊
So excited for my newest journey and with that being said, keep in mind when you want to schedule your next appointments to ensure your spot. This year will go fast and with my Saturdays full of weddings my evenings will fill quickly!

I have to be real here because I’m super embarrassed this morning…
I had a doctors appointment for myself and they hadn’t told me it was going to entail all that it did and took WAY longer than I anticipated. I had a client @ 10 and realized I was going to be late. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I hate being late. It’s so inconvenient for everyone. Basically what it came down to was the client left right before I arrived and I do not blame them! I would have too! It’s so frustrating to feel unimportant to others.
I know it’s easy to say I’m sorry to try and make up for it, but you all must know I will do more to make things right. It is so important to me to serve you all in the best manor. If I’m late due to my own personal things (very rare) or if an appointment runs behind (happens a lot because hair can be unpredictable). Just know if it’s an inconvenience to you I am more than willing to make it right. I take pride in my job and do not take others time for granted. (Believe me, I hate waiting more than 15 minutes for doctor appointments too.)
Thank you to anyone and everyone who understands and continues to support me. I wouldn’t be where I am without all of you ❤️

Hi everyone, I hate to do this but I feel it’s necessary. I will be cancelling my appointments for the rest of the week. I’ve been sick with flu symptoms 🤢🤮💩 (no fever) and can’t seem to shake it and don’t want to leave anyone out on a line. I know it may come as an inconvenience, but I assure you I need y’all as much as you need me! I’ll be reaching out to all my scheduled appointments individually, and also wanted to post as to why I’m not scheduling anything this week. I need to focus on getting healthy because this mama is definitely worn out. Thank you for your understanding during this awful time.
