My closing earlier this week definitely felt like a major God Wink (or good karma if you are not religious!) 💫 When former coworker Jenn reached out about her family relocating to Kansas City this summer I was so thrilled to help! At the end of 2023 I closed a transaction with some of the most special people in my life - my parents and one of my brothers! After the success of my brother’s Prairie Village air bnb (purchased in 2021) my mom wanted to expand her portfolio as a real estate investor.
