Ravenna police collecting food Saturday to benefit Center of Hope Ravenna police will be collecting food to benefit the Ravenna Center of Hope and the community from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Miller Community House is looking for our stellar communities help in securing Thanksgiving Dinner for our Individuals and families experiencing homelessness. We want to give them an amazing holiday season!
Please see below and sign up to bring a dish to share on Thanksgiving to help us celebrate and give thanks. We serve up to 25 Women, Children and Men that will all be very grateful for your cooking skills! Drop off is whenever is convenient for you, at 1211 Anita Drive in Kent Ohio, and yes, you can drop off cold and we will reheat!

FREE CLOTHING & ANNUAL CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY
St. Joseph Cares will hold its Free Clothing & Annual Christmas Giveaway on Saturday, November 23, 9 a.m. until Noon in a first floor classroom and Hughes Hall. This outreach ministry offers free clothing and diapers to families in need four times a year. As we approach the Christmas season, additional opportunities for Christmas decorations, toys, and other household items will be offered. Participants do not need to be a resident and no questions are asked. There is a limit of two garbage bags (excluding bulky items). Diapers and wipes will be distributed depending on availability.

Donations of clothing, shoes, accessories, and bedding for all ages in good condition, diapers and wipes, as well as Christmas and household items will be accepted now up until the week of the giveaway. Simply call the Office of St. Joseph & St. Ambrose (330-274-2253) 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. prior to bringing your donations. Park on the east end of the school building (pavilion and flag pole side) then call the office again so someone may open the doors for you. Please join our AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers at Kentway Apartments for their service project. As part of the RSVP Community Give Back Days...all month long they are collecting items for housing kits to support Miller Community House in Kent.

All are welcome to support this project & donations can be dropped off to Kentway Apartments on Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 2pm. Please ask for Annett or any RSVP volunteer 💙 And thank you in advance for helping us to GIVE BACK to our community!!!
