bend it like iggy! next few days we’re still on a skeleton schedule- today (friday) there’s a 4 pm, saturday a 9:30 am, sunday is the regular schedule (paul’s community class at 9 and sam’s full series at 4pm) and then just an 11 am on new year’s day! tuesday everything is back to normal! can’t wait to see you in the 🔥 hot room 🔥

for the first time in my yoga history, i had a home practice when covid hit…it was… ok.. it got me through… but there is nothing like the collective consciousness of a group practice.. there is something so powerful, beautiful, and moving about a bunch of yogis getting together to practice.. come and try the 108! wednesday night at 6 pm… move side by side, but at your own pace.. what a way to celebrate summer returning here in the uc! it’s all donation based- so how ever much you’re comfortable with donation to the

Our Story
The Hot Spot began as a pipe dream in 2011--opening in August in the basement of Signature Fitness with a single renovated room and 3 classes a week. Over the next 6 years we grew (slowly but surely), spreading the joy and love of real, authentic Bikram Yoga throughout Kingston and the greater mid-Hudson valley.
In 2017 we moved operations into a beautiful new location in the Kingston Plaza--complete with state-of-the-art heating and fresh air systems, Zebra flooring, full bathrooms with showers, and a yoga boutique. Our community is welcoming and supportive, our teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate, and our students are simply the best darn people you will ever meet. We have expanded the class offerings to include Warm and Hot Gentle Yoga, Hot Power 50, and Warm Vinyasa.
Our philosophy is that yoga is for EVERYONE--as Bikram likes to say, it is never too late; you are never too old, never too sick, to start from scratch once again. Hot yoga is challenging for everyone, it is hard work for everyone, and the benefits of this practice are for everyone! Don’t be afraid to give it a try--we are all here to support you, as you discover the wonderful gift of this yoga.
