Since it’s pouring down rain, today is a good day to fart around in the kitchen ☔️☔️ May I present Sourdough Raspberry Lemon Focaccia. I had some raspberry preserves that I heated up with the juice of a lemon, spooned it over the top of the focaccia, baked it, let it cool for about 30 minutes, then drizzled it with a bunch of lemon glaze. Since raspberry preserves are quite sticky, the focaccia stuck to the pan a little bit, but I managed to finagle it out without doing much harm. But I gotta say, this was SO YUMMY! I’ll be submitting new labels/recipes to the state for approval, should I see if I can add this to my menu? Let me know!!!

Banana bread: Bananas, flour, brown sugar, butter, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract. Simple and delicious with ingredients that are easy to pronounce 😆

Drizzled with a sweet orange glaze, quality control (🙋‍♀️) says these cranberry orange scones are deeeeelish! Once the glaze sets, they’ll be boxed up, ready for their new homes 😁

In my opinion, oatmeal raisin cookies are totally underrated. To be honest, I’d chose a chocolate chip cookie over an oatmeal raisin cookie. But after baking these up and doing a little quality control, my goodness! These are SO delicious! Thick, chewy, and hearty, they definitely delivered some much needed comfort and is giving my love of chocolate chip some competition. For those of you that preordered these cookies, you’re in for a treat! And for those that didn’t, I have a few extra in case you want to add them to your order when you come by for pickup tomorrow. Yummy!

One of my favorites treats is granola mixed into yogurt (specifically the honey Greek yogurt by Zoi. Yummy!!!). I’ve always enjoyed making my own granola from scratch, but then I got lazy and started purchasing it at the grocery store. Well, now I’m back to my scratch-making ways and thought that maybe this could be something I could provide for the bakery. Would anyone be interested? Flavors I’m playing around with are honey almond, peanut butter, and chocolate. I won’t be able to provide granola right away, until I receive approval from the state, but I can continue to perfect it until then. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in! The flavor in the picture is Honey Almond: rolled oats, almonds, cinnamon, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Simple and delicious!
