Mindy Wise didn't discover the practice of yoga until she was in her 40s. "Yoga made me find a peacefulness I had never really felt before. I became more mindful about my choices, and not as reactionary or stressed."
She now teaches all aspects of Yoga and loves being able to help others realize they can do yoga too. "It doesn't matter if you can balance on one foot or do a certain pose. That's really not what yoga is about. It's exploring your body and becoming aware of what your body can do, and where your limits are, and respecting those limits. It's also pressing against those limits over time and realizing you can do more than you could when you first started."
