Happy 50th birthday to our recent guest week! The birthday guest was secretly transported to Sol de Mar, brought up the elevator, and then greeted by a large family gathering waiting for his arrival. What a great surprise!

Backup power generation for the entire property was installed at Sol de Mar last April. Now with enough propane to last a week and a half, guests & ourselves can weather any storm in peace & comfort. The pursuit of perfection isn't always easy, but we work tirelessly toward it here at Sol de Mar. We recently completed a restructuring of the upper unit floor through the lower unit ceiling, fixing some imperfections in the ceiling downstairs in the process.
