What we say to ourselves matters. Be kind and compassionate.
Yoga works on all parts of the body, building it into a more cohesive structure. Knowing the pieces, definitely strengthens the wisdom of the whole. One of the great hallmarks of Iyengar Yoga is to look more deeply at every aspect of our practice and being. In these four weeks, we will dig into certain areas of the body to ultimately find the union of them all.
