Eupraxia spring bike ride this Sat! The ride starts at 1PM at 608 brewery in La Crosse. It'll be an hour long bike ride that also ends at 608 brewery around 2PM
Must be a Eupraxia member to come. Family and friends of a Eupraxia member are welcome and encouraged to come with as well!! Hope to see you there!
Make sure to bring a bike lock for your bike and some water for the ride 🙂
What you see. A great, deep 225 pound squat.
What you don't see. A woman that when she 1st joined Eupraxia could barely a do squat with zero added weight.
Everyone at some point was a beginner that didn't know what they hell they were doing. Eupraxia is a cheat code to help you quickly see progress.
