If you're saying you don't have 'time' to exercise, then it's important to note that:

1 - You're not a bad person

2 - You're just being lame

We all have 24 hours

And if I were to give you $1,000,000, you'd make time

Most don't make time until they get diabetes, depression, disease, or divorce

And that's normal

It's human nature, I suffer from this myself

Sometimes I'm too lazy to fold my laundry

So I'll throw my clean clothes on my couch and fold it when the 'time is ripe'

(often never)

We all procrastinate on some areas in our life

Don't let it be fitness though

Because to put it in scientific terms, if you don't take care of yourself you're gonna get soft, flaccid, flabby, you'll be in a poopy mood, stinky breath, and everything's gonna suck

-1- Imagine you actually got diabetes, or a divorce... how would you act then?

-2- Choose specific times during the week for exercise and food stuff

-3- Plan every day the night before

-4- Set a timer next time you watch Netflix or mindlessly scroll on Instagram

'Not having time' is a dumb excuse

If you just start drinking water and get at least 6,000 steps a day - that will change your life

But if even that's too much... then you're just a wandering generality caught in the Matrix

I know, everyone around you is probably fat

Doesn't mean you have to be

In our current age of information, being ignorant is a choice.

Level zero: know nothing

Level one: know things

Level two: actually do things

Level 3: become those things by doing them often enough

Most people get to level 1 at most, few get to level 2, but level 3 is where real change happens

The absolute best 'protein food' is not Bison

It's eggs

The whole egg, including the yolk, will give you:

- the best quality protein on the planet (97% of it actually get absorbed)
- Biotin (which keeps you pretty)
- Choline (helps with your mood, muscle, and memory)
- Vitamin K2 (keeps your blood clean)
- Cysteine (which helps with your glutathione levels.. glutathione is the KING of all antioxidants that will solve a lot of your problems)

After that, I'd say the best protein is Bison, or high quality fishes

But, full transparency - I never eat fish

(I don't like it)

So I can't recommend much about fish

But I do love meat

And the best meats are Bison, and grass-fed beef

With Bison you'll get:
- More protein per serving than most other meats
- Vitamin B12 (good for your nervous system)
- Zinc (immune system)
- Iron (improves hormone health)
- Selenium (heart health)

Grass-fed beef is right up there with Bison though

With grass-fed beef you'll get CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which is a fat that boosts your hormones to 'burn more fat'

Also... one very underrated protein is bone broth

Drinking a cup of bone broth every day will give you that collagen protein, which boosts your digestion & immune system

After that I would recommend the basic proteins like Chicken, Turkey, Protein Powder, Cottage Cheese, etc

Those are good

But Chicken is mostly 'just protein'

Chicken is like a really good looking woman who doesn't read books. 1-dimensional and gets boring quick.

Also, remember how 97% of protein in eggs actually gets absorbed?

With chicken that's 75-ish %

Protein Powder is good too

But it'll always be a 'fake food'. And your digestion prefers real food.

Cottage cheese is amazing

However cottage cheese gives you a different type of protein called 'casein protein'. This digests a little slower, and I find it best to be consumed pre-bedtime.
