We talk often about creating a culture of caring in our facility. Today I was walking in and I saw our Director of Maintenance, Willow and Maintenance Assistant, Rock helping Nikki, a CNA with her car. It was a simple burnt out light and it didn’t take long to fix. Thank you Rock and Willow for taking care of your coworker! You make Lacey a better place to live and work 💜💛

What could be better than 3 days of learning at WHCA Spring Conference? The planning committee outdid themselves this year with amazing education and a fun bowling tournament. We’re ready to implement the new ideas they gave us and continue improving our communities for our staff and residents!

Congrats to our sister facility Alderwood Post Acute and Valerie Keenan on being selected as CNA Caregiver of the Year! We loved getting to know Valerie over the last few days, she’s so caring and deserving of this recognition.

Lacey Post Acute is creating a free “store” at the facility where our residents can shop for clothing and personal care items they need. Please consider donating your gently used clean clothing at 4524 Intelco Loop, Lacey WA 98503. Donations will be accepted daily from 8am-7pm.
