Recently I went into a point of severe overwhelm and my mind was at such a high rate of chaos that I didn’t know what to do. I shut down in more ways than one. But it was just a moment in time. It was just a reaction to situations. Our minds can really trap us with thoughts. But are they true? Or are they just stories that we are telling ourselves to keep us from achieving greatness??

I got through it. I feel better. I listened to the stories playing I my head and asked the questions. Is that true? Is that real? What is it that is allowing me to keep my mind locked on certain thoughts? I went into place of self-awareness. Every day I feel a little better and more like the true Me.

But then……..I went from chaos to just floating along. My focus was not where I wanted it to be. I didn’t feel productive. I know I was, but I am powered and rejuvenated by passion projects. If I dont feel like I’m being of service in some way, I don’t feel productive. I knew I needed to do something. But as the picture states. Sometimes we need to let s**t settle to heal. Allow that time for yourself. I did.

And then I got coached by a fantastic Life Coach. She helped me to see beyond the block and to get my creative juices flowing. I’m ready. I’m excited. I’m getting back to the me I want to be. You can too! You are a friggin BADASS! Act Accordingly!! 💪🔥🤟💋

Just do the damn thing! You will start and you will improve over time. But if you never start, you will never get better! You are able to achieve more when you step out of that comfort zone of planning or preparing. Have fun! You are a BADASS!! Embrace that s**t! Act Accordingly!!! 💪🔥🤟💋

Take today as it comes. Don’t overthink all scenarios in your head about what should be happening or could be happening. We can not predict the future, but we can make a choice in this moment that will lead us to the next choice, and the next, and the next, and so on. Our life is a sum of choices. Some will rock us to the core and some will give us days of overwhelming joy. Enjoy them all. Don’t let a hoped for outcome dictate your life. Your life is worth living. LIVE DAMMIT! It’s totally ok to have a time of sadness or overwhelm or just a funk. You are human and you have thoughts and feelings that can’t always be worked out by yourself or just by overthinking it. Embrace how you are feeling and figure out where you want to be or how you want to address them. You are amazing! You are a BADASS! Act Accordingly!!! 💪🔥🤟💋

It doesn’t matter what you call it! It doesn’t matter if you do it in a specific area at a specific time of the day. Just do the damn thing! You are amazing in every way and a total BADASS!! Act Accordingly!!! 💪🔥🤟💋

It’s amazing how a small push can help you to really see where you want to be. Every moment is anew, my beautiful people!! You are a badass! Act Accordingly!! 💪🔥🤟💋

When we get caught up in moments of reflection it is easy to see how the interest we had in something new was soooo exciting and we wanted to jump head first into it with ultimate passion. Then we get distracted with life. Isn’t that the story of so many of our lives?? We start and we stop and we never really complete anything??

This is where commitment comes in. Commitment is making the choice to continue the pursuit even when our passion wains for a moment. We are so quick to jump to the next thing instead of being in the moment to understand that passion comes in waves because our thoughts dictate what we do.

You have the power to dictate your passion. You have the power to control your commitment. Set your own pace. Commit to what you want and make that s**t happen. Nothing is instantaneous and permanent except death. You have the ability to do whatever you want in this life. NO EXCUSES!!! You Are A Badass!! Act Accordingly!! 💪🔥🤟💋

Achieving a dream is not easy. Successful people did not just fall into that success. Creating a successful vision and living your dream takes work! Nothing in this world truly comes for free or even cheap. Relationships take work, thriving businesses take work, being able to take a vacation where and when you want to go takes work, raising children to be decent human beings takes work! Be willing to do the work. You may even find that you actually enjoy the process in the work. You can achieve anything you can vision if you’re willing to put the work into it.
