I’m Unleashing My Wild ❤️‍🔥

Hmmm.

I just sent out an email to my list. It’s been a year since the last time I sat down and wrote an email.

And gosh did it feel good.

I felt so seated in my Self and like I was having a cup of coffee with a bestie who I hadn’t spoken to in a while.

Sharing life’s unraveling. Giggling at how serious we make things… and secretly acknowledging how far from together we have it (shhh don’t tell 🤫🤭😅).

As I was sharing some of the big transformations and things brewing for me…

I found myself naming - my life is far from together. “It’s quite WILD.”

Hmmm.

It certainly is quite WILD.

And actually I’m really digging the WILD. Primal pulse. That lives deep within me (and you too).

I’m trusting it more and more each day.

Seeing and tasting the safety, that comes with UNLEASHING this deep seated wisdom and allowing it to guide my business, relationships, and life.

I see it weaving.

Today, I feel the intimacy - I once deeply longed for - in and through my writing and through connecting with my Tribe.

I always Knew it was in me.

Now I’m simply embodying it.

Hmmm.

I have a confession… my WILD actually isn’t so Wild.

It’s more like being Loved open.
Snuggled.
Cuddled.
Deeply received.
And embraced.

This inquiry came to me a few days ago when I was on a walk at the park. I found myself in my mind. Looking at recent situations and interactions. My body was tense.

I was struggling to get my message and point across.

Finally, I realized I needed to get out of my head. I saw this little plant… and honed in on it to ground me.

That’s when I heard… “how would you know if you were loved? Are you open to being loved?”

Hmmmm.

Before my mind had time to think about the question and even start to wonder…

One of my dear friends - who I absolutely love and I know she loves me just as deeply. Called me.

Oh yes 🍯

Since then, sweetness and love has been finding me in the most delicious ways.

Ways that I couldn’t have even “imagined” or planned.

❤️‍🔥My sweet man, sat with me as I navigated anxiety. Listening deeply. Holding space. And offering his presence.

❤️‍🔥He gifted me a necklace and told me he got it for me because it made him think of me.

❤️‍🔥I’ve been finding a courage to stand with and in myself. Standing for what I believe in. Value. And holding these things and myself in a new way.

Love is all around. Are you open t Are you open to receive Love?

To be Loved?

Tell him/ her how you are feeling. Share you pain. Your struggle. Your frustration. Your heart ache.

Share your desire for him/ her.

To create with him/ her.

Mmmm.

Ask for what you are deeply longing for and desiring.

And then…

I invite you to listen.

Allow God to speak to you. (I invite you to continue journaling as messages move through).

If you desire to co-create with God… you need to first cultivate a deep relationship with God.

IF you’re desiring deeper intimacy in your relationships or with clients…

Start with this deep intimate connection.

Once you try this exercise let me know what comes forward for you.

It’s never too late to claim your pieces and reclaim your - response- a-bility (ability to respond).

Yesterday, I was talking with a friend…

She was asking me for my opinion/ insight on her situation.

She’s been feeling like she is spinning in loops and wading through uncertainty for a really long time.

She was asking me for insight and direction. What should she do? How does she get out of this situation?

This is what I offered her…

IF you are feeling clear, uncertain, and unworthy of something better for yourself…

I would make it my priority to realign to your DIVINE NATURE.

When you are in ALIGNMENT with your DIVINE NATURE - concepts like worthiness no longer have a hold on you. They become irrelevant.

To fully tap into and ALIGN TO your DIVINE NATURE…

You have to be willing to …
❤️‍🔥drop below your mind.
❤️‍🔥Dropping the stories.
❤️‍🔥The meanings.

EVERYTHING you need - is deeply within.

The PRIMAL PULSE to guide your next steps is within YOU.

When you tune into it… it will bring you towards the Resources (food, water, support) that you need to not only survive - but thrive.

You simply have to tune in.
Remember.
And receive.

One of the threads I am really feeling with this new moon is reclaiming the Innocence of the Heart.

I've had a few conversations with Dear Friends/ Soul Sisters this week and one of the themes that came forward was Unleashing/ Expressing Our Wild Hearts.

In each of these conversations there was a deep Love, Desire, or Pulse that was alive/ present....

And then there was a series of feelings/ stories/ thoughts that went something like....

Ugh this is so frustrating. WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THIS OR WANT THIS???

I need to just be with it.
Sit with it.
Process it.
Try to Figure out how to let it go.

I shouldn't feel this way.
I don't want to feel this way.
I can't believe I LOVE (or still care or still DESIRE) ______.

What if we stop making ourselves wrong for our LONGINGS.

What if we stop making ourselves wrong for the burnings in our bellies. Stirrings in our hearts. The deep pulses that move within US and are calling US????

I wonder what might happen if rather than feel like we have to LET GO of what we FEEL ... we gave ourselves permission to EXPRESS it.

What if rather than making our LOVE wrong...

We use it as an opportunity to see, taste, and experience the magnitude of our own Hearts.

There are ALOT of layers here... and ALOT to unravel.
