We attended a very informative, White House Briefing on Black Entrepreneurship and Opportunity. The webinar included: Michael Negron-Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, National Economic Council;Taylor Wright-Senior Advisor for Public Engagement; Alex Jacques-Special Assistant to the President for Economic Development and Industrial Strategy; Steve Benjamin-Senior Advisor to the President of the United States. This panel gave an update for the ongoing economic efforts to minority and small disadvantaged businesses. Shared government contracts to minority businesses have increased by 12%. Thank you to Secretary Don Cravens and others who are fighting in Washington for the advancement of our businesses! More updates to come!

AmCham-CI was established in January 2013 by a group of U.S. companies based in Côte d'Ivoire, under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC.
