HUSH PUPPIES!
Never frozen or pre rolled, every hush puppy order gets scooped & fried to order. Homemade batches every morning around here. We focus on a crispy exterior crunch with a soft almost dough like feel in the center. Brileys hush puppies are salty, spicy and pair with all of our other side dishes.
Pro tip- Dip a hush puppy in the broth of Brunswick stew or collard greens potlikker 😋
MENU SPOTLIGHT: MAC & CHEESE
Creamy and delicious! Our macaroni & cheese is the #1 ordered side at Brileys. Why? Because we follow rule number 1 when making our Mac- MORE CHEESE PLEASE. We add salt and pepper to finish and you have a side that kids and adults all can enjoy 😋
Menu Spotlight: BBQ SAUCE!! 🔥
We got three options of house made barbecue sauce to choose from when you eat at Brileys.
SWEET: a tangy Kansas City style glaze. Tomato-based and infused with garlic, cloves, molasses and brown sugar. Pairs exceptionally well with all Briley’s pork.
MILD: an all fresh ingredient sauce with a bit of jalapeño kick to it. Veggies and peppers are smoked and pureed in house. Pairs excellently with chicken.
SPICY- A tomato based sauce with a light ghost Chile and red pepper flake spice. Starts sweet and then ends with a kick!

Menu Spotlight: Collard Greens
IYKYK. One of our most desired sides that continues to grow with popularity each year. Every week we get a collard green connoisseur that announces the challenge at our front door and we love hearing the rave reviews on their way out.
Pro tip: the secret to our collard greens is in our homemade pork stock. That left over broth in your cup is called potlikker- order hush puppies and try dipping one in that some time 😋
Menu Highlight-Chicken wings
Jumbo chicken wings that we smoke and flash fry to order. Every pound is dry rubbed and sauced to your liking. Great second meat choice to a dorfman platter 🔥

Pulled Pork Sandwich
Every day we rub, smoke and pull 100+ pounds of pork butt. Easily the most consumed meat at Brileys! Our dry rub and Kansas City style sweet bbq sauce complement this cut perfectly. Can’t go wrong with a pork sandy!
Pro tip: Always spike with coleslaw. Especially in the summer time!
Menu Highlight- Beignets
🚨 FAN FAVORITE🚨
Puff pastry fried and topped with cinnamon and powdered sugar. We quarter the doh so your sides are crispy and inside is warm and fluffy. This desert is easily the most shareable. Add beignets next time and the table will be happy!

The Catfish Basket
Three pieces of fish plus two sides. Comes with house made tartar and chipotle mayo sauce. Our catfish is lightly breaded in a cornmeal / spice blend & fried to order. Squeeze of lemon on top and you’re ready to go. We’re known for our meat but have loyalists that only come to Brileys for the catfish. Give it a try on your next visit!
Menu Spotlight: Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage 😋
This always popular sausage is flash fried and comes with a kick 🔥 Butterfly cut so that every bite is perfectly crispy. Featured on our Harry Stamper Sandwich and sold per link or by the pound.
Pro tip: When ordering with friends add one of each of our sausages (jalapeño cheddar and andouille) to your meal! Your pallet will appreciate it and so will your wallet. This is an easy way to add value to your plate.

Toasted brioche bun with 1/2 pound of chopped brisket and topped with coleslaw. This sandy is messy and delicious- how it’s supposed to be. One of our items that regulars refuse to go away from, it’s that good. Any of our ten sides pair nicely with it- order next time you’re in for lunch and we’ll see you the following week 🤙🏼

•Pit Beef Sandwich•
Pit beef was made famous in the city of Baltimore. First, we smoke beef eye of round and then shave it thin for sandwiches. Then, we give it a hard sear and mix with our spicy bbq sauce. Topped with our chipotle horseradish Pit sauce 🔥🤘🏻
Menu Spotlight: Coleslaw
Shaved cabbage and carrot, dressed in a lemon poppy vinaigrette. Crisp & bright - a pallet cleanser that compliments all our meat dishes. Especially in this summer heat! Spike any sandwich with slaw to give it a little extra 😋 Always a great add on item to any family size or catering order 🤙🏼

Menu Spotlight: Pork Baby Back Ribs
Our signature, most popular meat dish. Slow smoked with cherry wood, Brileys baby backs follow a Kansas City style -
dry rubbed and glazed with our sweet bbq sauce.

Ribs come as half and full racks- 12 bones to a full rack.
A full rack can usually feed 2-3 with side dishes too. For family style eating- you can order a pan of 3 racks or 5 racks.

1. Thicc piece of bacon on the bottom of a brioche bun
2. Half pound of pulled pork
3. Topped with our jalapeño cheddar sausage
A triple layer of meat that is our most popular sandwich to this day.
The Harry Stamper sandwich is named after Bruce Willis character in the movie Armageddon. That’s one of our favorite flicks and Harry Stamper saved the world. So we named our most iconic sandwich after him 🫡
