Winter is here! Are you skiing or snowboarding this season? Let's take a look why you should continue a workout program while in ski season!

Enhanced Performance on the Slopes:

Why do we train for Power?! Let's Talk about it...

Preserving Muscle Mass: As we age, there's a natural decline in muscle mass. Power training, which involves rapid force production, helps preserve and even build lean muscle, supporting overall strength and vitality.

Big congrats to Dillion out of Core Progression - South Broadway! He was the overall winner of the 90 day fitness challenge and won 9 months of free personal training!
