Las Cruces Lions Club is collecting small stuffed animals for use in our court systems.
These stuffed animals are given to children who end up in a court room, to provide a little comfort.
Here's how YOU can help...
Bring a new or used small stuffed animal in good condition to Eagle Security at 510 West Amador Ave, Las Cruces.
To show our thanks, you can register for for each stuffed animal in our monthly drawing for a prize.
The next drawing will be December first for the prize of 2 Solar motion LED lights.

Amy receives a donation from Lion Eli on behalf of the Host Lions to help her reach her goal of going to India and helping Mission Smile. She will participate in programs providing Oral Health Screenings, Free Dental Cleanings, Free Education and much more to those in need where they visit.

Now joining us on the patio is Bill Mckinney from the La Mesa Lions in association with Lions Clubs International to talk about the 35th annual Mesilla Valley Red Enchilada day on March 3rd held at the San Jose Parish Hall which is at 353 Josephine Street in La Mesa. The cost is only $5!

We are excited to be providing live coverage of the Veterans day Parade in beautiful downtown Las Cruces, New Mexico tomorrow morning 11-11 at 11am. We will have one of our Round Table hosts, Philip VanVeen and the host of The Midnight Ride, Randy Lynch, teaming up to provide great coverage. Expect plenty of spontaneous guests and good humor (well at least good to us) and please stop by and see us or follow along right here on Facebook. The broadcast will be live from the patio of the Dragon Fly Restaurant starting at 11am. Tune in to Radio New Mexico anywhere at www.myradionm.com.

Just a reminder, our trap shoot is this Saturday at Butterfield Shooting Range! Come at 8:00 am to register, bring a box of 12 gauge shells and $50 if you want to sign up but haven't pre-registered. Prizes for teams and individuals will be awarded and raffle items given out too!
