Art in The Garden is this Saturday in Picacho Hills from 10-4pm. I’ll be showing my work along with Linda Lee, Terry McCatherin and Jan Minow in one of five neighbor’s gardens. Come and see the work of all the creative Artists of Picacho Hills. Stop by the Welcome Tent behind Sante Fe Restaurant for a guide map to all the homes.

I'm very pleased to learn I have been accepted as a new juried artist at this year's Spring Beverly Hills Art show in Beverly Gardens Park, on May 18 & 19, 2024, from 10am-6pm. I will be there with 230 other artists along four blocks of Santa Monica Boulevard from Rodeo Drive to Rexford Drive. I will be showing my artwork in space #303 on the the street block between Crescent Drive and Canon Drive east of Santa Monica Blvd.

The Beverly Hills Art Show will also feature exciting artists’ demonstrations, arts and crafts area brimming with fun & creativity, a Beer & Wine Garden to unwind in the shade and enjoy relaxing music, gourmet food trucks and refreshing beverage trucks , and more!

I'm joining 17 of my fellow artists here in Picacho Hills Community of Las Cruces, New Mexico for “Art in the Garden” a one day show featuring art and beautiful gardens in our local community. This event takes place on Saturday, May 11th from 10 am to 4 pm in five host gardens located in Picacho Hills just west of Las Cruces. In addition to fine art paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor, there will be pottery, jewelry, ceramics, prints, collages, and mixed-media art for those last minute Mother’s Day gifts or something nice for the home. There will also be master gardeners at each of the host gardens who can answer all of your questions regarding gardening and plants here in our desert Southwest. Maps and addresses of the host gardens will be available on the day of AIG (May 11th) at the entrance to Picacho Hills or on our website (artistsofpicachohills.com). Come join some 500-600 art lovers for a wonderful tour of our local gardens and some great art!

A Still Small Voice in partnership with the Doña Ana Arts Council will present a performance of artist Bob Diven’s original one-man show “John Singer Sargent: Painting Madame X” on April 19th, 2024.

The Las Cruces Arts Fair is a juried event for artists working in Painting and Drawing (Acrylics/Oils/Pastels/Pencil/Pen & Ink/Watercolor); Woodwork, Metalwork, and Sculpture; Jewelry; Pottery, Porcelain, and Glass; Fabric, Weaving, and Leather; Printmaking and Photography; Mixed Media; Recycled Materials.

Mass-produced or factory-produced work -- in any category -- is not permitted.

Application and Jury Fee

The application and jury fee is $35 and must be paid at the time of application. Application and jury fee payments can be made via ZAPP. The application/jury fee is non-refundable.

All Arts Fair applications should be through ZAPP, the universal online system that allows artists to apply and manage their applications to participate in art shows and events.
