Dear Licensees,

The Nevada Physical Therapy Board will hold a public hearing at 3:00 pm on Monday, December 5, 2022. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the adoption of LCB File No. R124-21, a regulation that pertains to chapter 640 of the Nevada Administrative Code. The Public Hearing will be conducted and may be attended via videoconference or teleconference. The agenda and related materials are available for review on the Board website: https://ptboard.nv.gov/.



Persons wishing to comment on the proposed action of the Nevada Physical Therapy Board may appear at the above-scheduled public hearing or may address their comments, data, views, or arguments, in written form to:

An update on fingerprints; It is taking the Department of Public Safety (DPS) some time to process fingerprints, and to get the FBI reports mailed back to our office. Everything is done by mail and the Board Staff is only able to contact DPS via fax. Please read the update below. Any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office.

If your PT/PTA License Expires on July 31, 2022, Please do not forget to renew your license. Late fees will be applied if you do not renew on time.
Late Fees are $150 for Physical Therapists and $100 for Physical Therapist Assistants.
If you are having any issues renewing online please fill out the Mail renewal. You can Mail it, Email it, Fax it or drop it by our office if you are Local. You can Email the Renewals to [email protected] or [email protected].
