A letter from a husband, father, licensed REALTOR® in Nevada, and the founder of CH Homes & Estates:

If you’re searching for a home, there is a good chance that you will find your dream home online before I do because you have access to many of the same listings that I do. You also know exactly what you need and want in a home and will be able to tell from photos (most of the time) what will and won’t work for your lifestyle.

If you’re thinking about selling your house, I will ABSOLUTELY sell your home but, promising to do it quickly wouldn’t be fair to you. The truth is that the price, market conditions, and the ability to market the home are only a few of the factors that will determine how quickly your home sells.

Here are 10 things I DO promise:

I am not like the other Realtors you have encountered or heard of and, I promise that WON’T change.

I will be honest and forthcoming 100% of the time. Even if it is not in my best interest. You come first - ALWAYS.

I will be your PARTNER in the process with your interest at the forefront of every single decision that we make together.

I will HUSTLE to negotiate the best deal possible for you no matter what side of the table you are playing from; buyer or seller.

I will PROTECT your interests, your home, and our relationship. I take my job very seriously.

I won’t WASTE your time. I realize how busy you are - trust me! I am direct, honest, and won’t bug you unless I have to or you want me to.

I will GUIDE you with my knowledge of this city to help you determine which area of town fits your lifestyle.

I will FLEX my extensive marketing knowledge to garner the most attention for your home to help us find the right buyer.

I will make myself AVAILABLE to answer any and all questions that you have throughout the process with no judgment.

I will not be that agent that PRETENDS to know-it-all and if there is a question I can’t answer I will admit that and will find the answer.

I have a true love for the city of Las Vegas that started well before my wife and I moved here years ago. I was born and raised in the Midwest but really took to the desert, the mountains, and the culture of this city. After starting our family here, I made it my mission to help other amazing families in the Las Vegas area and those who are looking to move here, discover what makes this city a true gem, explore its small businesses, and to help them navigate through the process of buying or selling a home.
