F U L L R E G A L I A
California coastal gin, rose-infused Lillet, fresh citrus, our zesty wine cordial

Whether it’s crown & scepter, mortar & robe, or freshly shaved Mohawk & crudely stitched back patch we all have full regalia moments. Inspired by late-summer jaunts to the coast fashioned a swizzle that penetrates that little ache we get when autumn starts posting selfies. And then the long finish of this eminently refreshing cocktail obliterates that. Shoulder seasons are the best ones! And we’ll be here to alcoholically shepherd you through ours with open arms.

Speaking of open arms let’s welcome to the shebeen! They’re headlining ’ this weekend & THEY’LL BE HANGING OUT WITH YOU MAÑANA @ 5 SHARP! As you already know, we love that sweet spot between 2tone & the right kinda 3rd Wave and we’re stoked as f**k to have them over for a happy hour before you skank your 🍑’s off this weekend. 🏁

P O R T A L G U N
Hawaiian-blended rum, Midori, fresh lime, Moroccan mint, lime zest, Wanderdust Pandan Shimmer

Wubba lubba dub dub! If you watched last night’s debate or read the recent Supreme Court rulings you may want to hot swap dimensions and we feel your pain. If you know us you know we all love . While we can’t invent portal tech, we know how to make a truly transportative cocktail.

After taking some Midori + lime shots with & her crew at the dearly departed Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea felt emboldened to embrace the green stuff and make a tribute cocktail that was living rent-free in his 🧠 for some time. The result is a temporary trip that both Rick Sanchez & Ernest Hemingway would approve of. Too bad they don’t do time travel. We’d love to see those two in a drinking contest.

Lastly, IS COMING ON JULY 4TH & we’re gonna party like glip glops all damn night! Don’t miss this one. It’s a brilliant celebration of Latino culture & that’s something that truly makes America great.

🌟 PORNSTARR DAIQUIRI 🌟
Mauritian Rum, passionfruit, lime, marshmallow root, vanilla, & a sidecar of cava

What better way to ease the pain of watching tonight’s presidential debate than enjoying a cocktail that requires both hands? This salacious lil’ tipple is our ticket away from sobriety as we stifle our screams while america’s most famous felon runs his pie-hole ‘til they cut his 🎙️.

We had a lil’ festival of shadenfreude developing this reverent twist on Douglas Ankrah’s modern classic to celebrate the rule of law prevailing against long odds on 5/31. While “martinis that are not martinis” are not our style, we couldn’t resist the obvious connection to Ms. Daniels’ heroic testimony of underwhelming s*x with a spray-tanned walrus that rolls its scalp in cat fur every morning.

What many bartenders miss with Doug’s signature cocktail is that it was intentioned to be enjoyed with a side of champagne. Following his intent, we kept the daiq & bubbles separate. Swapping vanilla vodka for rum was easy b/c have you met us? Starr’s unique, herbaceous profile lent the cocktail an anise note that pulled its parts into focus. For the vanilla element whipped up a batch of organic marshmallow root-vanilla syrup to round out the layers of passionfruit & citrus. Chinola’s great btw, but Chinola + Liquid Alchemist Passionfruit oughta be the Regan’s + Fee Bros. of this generation. Lastly, we wanted to keep this affordable so the split of champagne became a glass of Poema Cava, which we grow fonder of with every application. It’s a killer bottle to bring to your next cookout.

SPEAKING OF COOKOUTS WE’RE HOSTING A POPUP ON THE FOURTH OF JULY! The party goes all night & there will be hella fun surprises. Enjoy Jules’ lauded cocktails & sparkling personality, learn a lil’ more about Latinx peoples’ contributions to 🇺🇸, See some 🎆🎇, shake some 🍑 with DJ killdevil, make some friends, & enjoy some Chuntiki’s-only specials from the reggae kitchen!

We’ll also be supporting with the evening’s charity shot bottle. Consider us guilty on all counts of partying with a purpose. 😎

🛸THE PANDERVERSE🪐
Vodka, our coffee liqueur blend, fresh espresso, canela

It’s 2024 and the espresso martini devotees are yet to move on. In addition to that, bars have taken ever-expanding license with this cocktail. Cognac, chicory, & cold brew? It’s delish but that ain’t the real thing. As you may already know, we have the utmost respect for the classic/modern classic cocktail lexicon.

So what’s an innovative cocktail bar to do with all that? Join ‘em! As our ’s is wont to note, the espresso martini was always intended to use fresh espresso. Thusly, we pull a shot for every order. Since we couldn’t agree on a single coffee liqueur that featured a full spectrum of flavor, we blended until we got what we want. There are up to 7 of ‘em in every ounce! Lastly, we veer ever so lightly from the classic spec by adding a hint of soft Mexican cinnamon. That called for a name change, so big ups to for inspiring us. 😂

If you’re gonna pander, yuh may as well do it better than it’s ever been. 😉

The Panderverse is part of our always-evolving Spring menu and we promise nobody will ever give you side-eye for ordering one. 😜

👌🏽⛈️ PERFECT STORM & BEACH BUNNY 🏖️🐰

By now you probably know we’re beyond stoked to be hosting tonight f/ & . They’ll be giving NV a sneak peek of this evening from 6-9 with maximum grrrlpower in celebration of . (RSVP link’s in our bio.)

When the official party’s over we’re ⬇️ to 🤡 ‘til whenevs, so feel free to enjoy the rare 🪄 of Jammyland wildin’ out on a Tuesday. Come through, reunite with old pals & make some new ones! After all, the best thing about our industry is the people that make it happen.

Since these are pictures of drinks we won’t break character and finally tell you what they’re about.

’w Perfect Storm snatched some inspiration from Copalli’s use of rainwater for yet another block-rocking daiquiri comprised of Copalli Barrel-Rested, fresh lime, 🍌 peel oleo sacchrum, & pandan.

was also inspired by the Copalli
ethos and decided to make use of those same 🍌 in her Beach Bunny. Which is so much more than a boat drink. [But you could totally pound them on a 🚤.] Our 100% 🥥 cream meets Copalli Organic White and then raises it fresh banana, marshmallow root, vanilla, & matcha whip.

These are just a couple of the lady-made libations we’re slinging this evening while drops the heavy riddims & soaring voices of reggae’s ranking women. It’s gonna be one for the 📚, folx!

🔮SPIRITUAL VORTEX🔮
Chamomile-infused Copalli Organic White Rum, fresh citrus, yuzu, Moroccan mint, roasted pineapple syrup

Everyone knows the Southwest has its ethereal charms. Speaking of charm, The ever-charming took this inspo and spun it into a botanically boosted swizzle that could convince a New Yorker to become a Sedonan.

And speaking of NYC, Dani’s reuniting with her mentor, THIS Tuesday. Our life goal of getting Julie Reiner behind this stick is coming to fruition!

Julie will be joined by bringing the vibes all the way to the 18b Arts District. They’ll be mixing cocktails with Dani & in celebration of Women’s History Month from 6-9 while the reggae kitchen knocks out tastily remixed Belizean snacks.

To top it off will be honoring the ladies of reggae from behind the decks. This abundance of grrrlpower is the party you cannot miss!

RSVP link’s in our bio & the deets are in our highlights.
Roll up & let’s cocktail party. 😎

That magic point in your day when the hustle & bustle recedes into memory spurred by a fine cocktail is a sacred moment we value. PET PORTRAITS W/ SANTA MAÑANA!
Jammywonderland’s zenith is always this joyous event. Photos are free so long as you enjoy our fare while you’re here. Kiddos are welcome but only four-legged pets get on our Santa’s lap. 😉 We’re opening early from 2-5PM THIS Sunday, 12/10 so everyone can enjoy some December sunshine.

Please note we’re well-aware of the mysterious canine respiratory bug going around in 14 other states. While NV is yet to report a case we’re urging everyone to keep their doggos socially distant. Thanks to our expansive patio it’s no sweat. Everyone can have their own water dish as well, so we can ensure a safe & happy holiday for all.

🦈MACHO TAILFIN🦈
Summer’s a good time for simple pleasures and while we’ll always preach the virtues of a natural daiquiri sometimes we enjoy complicating things. Like a Tommy’s-style Margarita. Essentially the daiquiri of agave cocktails. It needs nothing, but could it be the basis for something more? Stoked by semi-fond reminiscence of fishbowl margaritas w/ tiny beers afloat in them got crafty and turned ’s calamansi-laced Dominga Mimosa Sour into a nitro foam. Tying the beer foam to the cocktail is the natural tartness & pectin from this season’s excellent raspberry harvest. Together they add up to something mega-crushable that retains an air of complexity. Which is pretty much our target zone all season. It’s also our go-to recommendation for romantic relationships. 🤭

Come crush some this with live & direct on the patio! Never know who you might meet on the dance floor…

Kuleana Rum Works Hui Hui, Novo Fogo Tanager, muddled lime, canela, Cuarenta y Tres, Martini Fiero (read on for the invite to a free reggae show)

Brazilian lemonade is having a culinary moment and that did not escap Tyse’s attention. Especially the variation with condensed milk that delivers both tart and creamy satisfaction. Rather than use Cachaça as the base, Tyse flipped the script on this one. He went with Kuleana’s indomitably good Hui Hui blend for a rock solid base note. Then he used Novo Fogo’s excellent tanager-aged Cachaça to play off the canela. Licor 43 & a botanical nudge from the ever-versatile Fiero round out the grace notes. It’s the kinda cocktail you can sip & contemplate or quaff as party fuel.

SPEAKING OF PARTIES WE’VE GOT A SHOW NEXT WEEK! ST1 will be in the yaad Thursday 6/22 @ 8PM sharp. Thanks to our pals at Kuleana there’s no cover to enjoy some HI-flavored island reggae. Cocktail & rum flight specials will roll all night and the even has some aloha fusion up its sleeve for its own specials. 😏

Fur [or feather or scaled pals] are welcome out front & kiddos are welcome outside and in the dining room. So why not get your weekend started early with some easy skanking? 😉

🥁 R I M S H O T 🥁
Aged light rum, fresh lime, raspberries, lemon verbena-mint syrup

This one goes out to the hard-working writers who aren’t at work right now as the WGA strikes to prevent their profession from becoming gig work. As bartenders, we know what it’s like to be put on the spot comedically. So we respect the hell out of the late night writers that churn out hundreds of jokes for their hosts every week. The sheer volume of it is kind of amazing…

As is ’s light and refreshing swizzle! This one’s easy to DIY, too [unlike making shows & films w/out writers].

Here’s the recipe:

2.0 good, aged light rum (we like Real McCoy)75 fresh lime75 Lemon Verbena-Mint syrup
5 fresh raspberries
Muddle, swizzle w/ crushed ice, & wait for the studios to curb their voracious greed.

Joven mezcal, fresh grapefruit & lime, prickly pear, mullein tea, buzz button dust

If there was an evening to feature our most psychedelic cocktail to date it must be April 20th. ’s had this name awaiting a just-right drink match for years now. Its namesake even premiered on 4/20/20.

When she started riffing with mezcal and Liquid Alchemist’s excellent prickly pear syrup a good cocktail emerged. The addition of mullein tea in a concentrated syrup allowed all the flavors to stretch their legs. That made for a very good cocktail. What ultimately made it menu-worthy was our old pal, . The flavor-warping effect of acmella olercea brought forth an undeniable explosion of flavor.

Duncan Trussell and Pendleton Ward’s triptastic one season wonder, The Midnight Gospel, doesn’t hint at the emotional depths to which it’ll go by its finale. It can easily be mistaken for lighter fare. If you’re at home expanding your mind at the moment we heartily recommend it via Netflix. If it took us 3 years to land on an appropriate tribute cocktail you know it must be the s**t.

Fijian Rum, Martini Fiero, hibiscus, fresh citrus, a touch of raw sugar

Our fearless leader, wanted to dedicate this number to our bar pals abroad living the dream.

She generously infused Fiero w/ hibiscus to dry it out & lend it that brilliant garnet hue. Plantation’s Fijian expression flexes its limousin cask finish for backbone and richness. Lemon & lime work in concert to make it 💥 while a lil’ raw turbinado balances things out. It’s part of our Spring menu and it’s a brilliant way to open up your palate for the ’s delights.

Speaking of delights makes its Jammyland debut TONIGHT. Their crew of skilled selectors will be dropping reggae, jungle, dub, & more FROM 8pm-2am. The performance is free & it’s patio season, . Let’s live it up!

Our intrepid fashioned this sour for everyone to enjoy, but particularly those of us that live by moonlight. 🧛🏼‍♀️🧛🏽‍♂️

The bright baking spice notes of Citadelle were a perfect match for Italicus & co. to create a sour with a mile long finish and voluptuous mouthfeel.

Speaking of night creatures, our pals at are rolling up w/ their sound system Friday to provide us with reggae, jungle, dub, & more. The beat drops THIS FRIDAY from 8PM-2AM with . Support your local . Come early to dine & chill or come late to rave! It’s your Friday night call. 😉

🦪SHELL GAME🍓
Aged Hawaiian Rum, fresh-pressed organic papaya, strawberry, & lime juices, turbinado syrup

Sometimes the spirits speak to us and we are powerless to do anything but obey. Upon trying Kuleana’s Nanea, Allan knew the surprising tart finish of freshly juiced strawberries & the voluptuous body of fresh papaya juice were the ticket for this interesting rum. Nanea’s blend runs the gamut of the rum languages with Spanish, English, & Agricole rums singing in harmony. Choosing a superlative cocktail is never a shell game when you start with the best ingredients & it’s part of our Spring Menu we urge you to enjoy this weekend as begins its stride.

❤️‍🔥HOT HAND♠️
To celebrate Allan cued up bootlegs of their Bonds Casino run and went to work on a globetrotting cocktail worthy of . Juicing fresh honeydew gives the contrasting heat of our -based bird’s eye chili tincture a great foil. Purple basil draws on the herbaceous character of one of our favorite new spirits to the Nevadan market, ’ Hui Hui. This blended Hawaiian rum has a ton of character and a round mouthfeel that can handle spice. Lime, some turbinado sugar, & a hint of ’s Mahina Coco liqueur round it out.

The Hot Hand’s a part of our late-winter menu. There’s no need to bluff when you’ve got one of these sitting before you.

SELECTIVE LIGHT
Granny Smith & Fuji Apple-infused Reposado Tequila, fresh ginger ‘n’ lime, our Honeycrisp syrup, house-carbonated Liquid IV Tart Apple Kombucha

¡Feliz año nuevo! As we wistfully pack up couldn’t help but snap some pics with the lights still up. 2022 was something, wasn’t it? For us it meant making new pals & garnering some critical nods we’re quite grateful for like a nom for Best American Cocktail Bar & a trio of honorable mentions in the awards. Our goal this year is to top all that, because we’re always hustling to make you proud, .

On that note, meet Selective Light. It’s ’s current fave, and for good reason. We brought an orchard of flavor to this zesty reviver by layering the distinct flavors of different apples. Then we gave it a ridiculously soft & rich carbonation by charging a siphon with ’s best flavor. The result is so crushable it should be illegal.

¡🎄ESPECIALES!
As enters the home stretch we’re delighted to send it off with a 💥 by mashing up our crew’s holiday traditions.

’s contribution is Coquito f/ XO (big h/t to ). If you’ve ever wondered why an atheist punk loves the holiday season so much, it’s b/c nobody could match the parranda of his 🇨🇴🇵🇷 family.

For the main event & brought the 🇲🇽 🔥 this year with a gracious assist from Jessie’s mom, Nora! This week the is serving an array of tamales: jerk chicken (por supuesto), pollo rojo, pollo verde, rajas con queso, & rajas con queso en coco masa for our vegetarian pals.

They pair perfectly with the best ponche we’ve ever had. Dead serious, 🇬🇹’s ponche may be the one to rule them all [don’t @ us 😜]. All the traditional ingredients are in there & together they form a soul-warming symphony with reposado tequila being the star soloist.

We’re closed 🎄 Day, but ‘til then come get cozy in the only joint where you can actually shake your ass to Xmas carols! For deets on the drinks click our menu link. And to everyone out there trying to get home for the holidays during an arctic blast bomb cyclone, we hope you snuck some edibles past your gate. 😉

STRANGE DEVILRY
Sochu, maple, organic pumpkin vinegar, lemon, orange essence
😈
Many cocktail bars think weird for the sake of weird is some kinda culinary flex. Good for them! We built this joint to be different so when you see something dubiously interesting on our menu you better believe we made it based on the merits of it being delicious and nothing f**king else.
▫️
Intrigued by pumpkin vinegar and knowing it always goes swimmingly with maple started tinkering with what he thought would be a long drink akin to switchel. After tasted the balanced base of pumpkin vinegar, maple, & lemon they agreed keeping it direct would make the best use of this ace combo. Whilst veering towards vodka they lighted upon sochu for its lesser impact and unique finish. The results were a hole-in-one that you might not expect from us, but you’ll certainly appreciate. It’s part of our winter menu and it goes especially well with getting your spirits brightened by the countless twinkles of joy we packed into ‘22.
▫️
And for those of you that fancy yourselves here’s the recipe:
2.0 Iichiko Saiten Sochu25 fresh lemon25 organic pumpkin vinegar [TJ’s has a good one]5 organic maple syrup
Shake. Up. Coupe. Generous orange twist that gets a trim after laying down those oils on the surface & rim.

12/01/2022

BEWILDERBEAST
There’s a huge difference between a good pumpkin butter and generic pumpkin spice. Ours is tart, rich, & honeyed. And it begged to skip dessert and go right into a cocktail. & chose an extravagant pair of Mexican spirits to form the base of our beast: Koch Arroqueño Mezcal & Mocambo 15 year rum. The smoke & oak meld perfectly with fresh citrus to keep our this swizzle balanced and playful. It’s part of our cocktail list chock full of holiday spirit fuel. [And yes, it’s named after an album that goes perfectly with contemplative winter evenings.]

That’s right! It wouldn’t be without our annual Pet Portraits with Santa. We’re doing ‘em SUNDAY 12/4 from 2-5PM. They’re free with anything from Sunday’s featured cocktails. Human pets are always welcome on the patio and in the dining room, but they won’t make it to Santa’s lap.

The inimitable is returning as Santa! ’s bar boss is getting out from behind the stick to be behind the camera for us this year, too! [She also teaches photography for those of you inclined to take a class.]

This is one of our favorite events of the year & we can’t wait to see all of our four-legged regulars while making some new ones!

🌴PAINKILLER🍍
The British Virgin Isles’ official cocktail can be saccharine in the wrong hands and divine in the right ones. We consider ourselves in the latter category. 😉 Keeping with tradition ours is based on the BVI’s Pusser’s Rum, but we opt for the drier gunpowder strength expression to keep the sweetness in check and provide the requisite 💣. Fresh-pressed pineapple & orange lend bright acidity & our inimitable 💯% 🥥 cream rounds it all out. You can have a straw, but we think it’s best enjoyed sipped through a dusting of fresh organic nutmeg. We’re not prone to hyperbole so when we say it’s the best Painkiller on 🌎 we mean it. It’s part of our permanent summer menu.

WHAT’S YOUR SIGN?
Instead of cocktail geekery we’re going with an origin story tonight ahead of OUR 2nd SMUSHY FACE 🐶 MEETUP THIS SUNDAY @ 6PM. All smushed breeds are welcome so long as they’re friendly & their humans are thirsty. 😉

If you frequent this joint you know we love dogs & we always have Boston Terrier mascots. If you’re a super regular we bet you held or when they were puppies.

But what about the Boston on our sign? That was Dani & Allan’s beloved chonker, Islay. She died shortly before we opened our doors, but that didn’t stop her from making a lasting impression on our artist partner, . They bonded hard on a drive from LA to Vegas. One morning Jim sketched her into a variety of logos. While we didn’t intend to have hand-drawn art up there, we were thrilled to add this personal touch to our frontage. By the time the sign went up we couldn’t think of a better tribute to our original mascot. Islay may not be with us, but she’s always watching over our patio with the smile that melted a thousand bartender hearts from NY to LA.

Working through a “peaches and cream” theme he crafted something 😈 addictive. It’s part of our Late Summer Record Heat OMFG Climate Change Sucks 🍑 Menu and it’s the correct answer for most things until we get back down to double digits. 😅

IT’S MAI TAI DAY AGAIN?
Silly cocktail holidays are silly until they address our all-time fave. Thus begins our 2022 rant…

Jamaican rum is an agriculturally
unique product. There is no substitute. The Mai Tai was based upon J. Wray 17 year.

After its slightly younger siblings went extinct in the Mai Tai’s heyday the tradition of blending rums to approximate its flavor was born. Keywords: “its flavor.”
A Mai Tai is not an excuse to marry any pair of rums. It is not from Hawaii. It doesn’t feature a float of s**tty dark rum. [The erasure of Jamaican Rum from its greatest hits is a micro-aggression when you consider nobody has tried to remove bourbon from The Old Fashioned or Cognac from The Sidecar.] Its only juice is fresh lime. It is NOT a sweet drink. When done right it's a liquid concerto with an off-dry finish that leaves hogo dancing to a rocksteady beat upon your palate, urging you to keep sipping until you must order more. *That* is a Mai Tai and we’re quite proud of ours & its house-made ingredients like our inimitable orgeat and curaçao.

We’re dark tonight, but that’s all right b/c our preferred twelve-year-old Jamaican rum is still in shortage until next week.

If you’re making late-breaking decisions on where to drink faux tropicals tonight our pals are setting a world record for biggest Mai Tai ever & the party goes ‘til 10.

🌴JUNGLE BIRD🦩
⚠️This post is pure 🍹🤓.

While will likely disagree with this statement, some things in life are worth the effort. When we feature classics on our menu our motto is “né plus ultra.” They better be the best you ever had. Our recently tweaked recipe for the late-tiki classic from Kuala Lumpur by Ong Swee Tiek lives up to that motto LAMF.

As readers of & NYC expats we’re familiar with our pal ’s recipe they regarded as the ultimate spec for this blend of black rum, Campari, pineapple, & lime. Believing Jamaican black rum to be the original base, we eschewed Cruzan Black Strap, the modern bartenders’ go-to. Its big maple notes always loomed over the other flavors in the party, and honestly, Cruzan Black is best enjoyed in a freshly hacked young Thai 🥥 or on 🥞 [yes, we’ve had it like that].

Our previous house spec relied on Coruba, Campari, fresh-pressed pineapple, lime, & our inimitable pineapple syrup in lieu of simple, b/c why throw sugar at this when we can add another layer of fruit flavor? You loved it. We loved it. Our mission to stop the erasure of 🇯🇲 rum from its greatest hits remained intact.

But and are firm believers in challenging their own work. A couple years ago Martini introduced its Aperol challenger, Fiero. This feisty aperitivo got ⚙️⚙️ turning. “What if we enriched the cocktail w/ a wee pour of Gosling’s Family Reserve & modified its bitter kick by splitting the diff b/w Campari and Fiero?” That thinking birthed a recipe that respects its roots while taking advantage of modern ingredients.

So here’s our formula that well-traveled J-Bird enthusiast has certified as The Pinnacle.

1.25 oz Coruba Dark Jamaican Rum25 oz Gosling’s Old Rum33 oz Campari33 oz Martini Fiero
3 oz FRESH pineapple juice5 oz fresh lime5 oz pineapple syrup

Shake & strain w/ an open gate to let all that froth hit a double old fashioned glass with a big rock.
