Our spotlight continues with another one of our own, Food Runner Yassin Elmalki! A true “ninja runner,” Yassin’s passion for food matched with his second-to-none attention to detail make him one of the best in the business. We are very grateful for his contributions to elevating service at our restaurant since he started as a busser 9 years ago.

We are pleased to spotlight one of our own, Michael Mina Las Vegas Cook Roy Finley A member of the MINA family for over 4 years, Roy is the definition of “positive attitude.” He is always smiling and makes everybody else around him smile. We couldn’t think of our kitchen team without him. Thank you for your hard work and contagious energy!
