Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to give a big congratulations to our PhD candidate, Gare Ambrose Igho, who received the Best Poster Award at Princeton University's recent "MODFLOW and More 2024" international conference, entitled "AI, Global Change and the Future of Groundwater Modeling". Her poster detailed transboundary groundwater flow between Niger and Nigeria, which is an important element in future international stability. Way to go Gare!!
Becoming Teaching Rock Stars: Clark County Educators Explore Local Geology through UNLV Program GeoPaths program leads to more student-centered and interactive Earth science classes.
You inspired all along your journey in so many ways.
Congratulations
Nicholas.
