hehehe I just have to post it 🖤 one time caitlin wanted orange hair so we did orange hair and we loved it and then she changed her mind a few days later and was like “ok, who am I, I need to go back dark”. And that’s the story of caitlin having orange hair for maybe a week last year 🧡 also your reminder that sometimes we love a color and decide to try it and end up not loving it on ourselves and changing our minds and THATS OK!!!

Love taking care of my fellow service providers! We tend to put our own needs on the back burner while caring for everyone else. Love getting to make all my clients feel beautiful and badass but especially the ones that are always doing it for others!

Thought I would make a formal post about this.
Let me start out by saying how incredibly grateful I am to each and every person who’s ever sat in my chair. I am forever humbled by how much my career has grown in the short 5 years I’ve been doing hair.

I’ve always gone above and beyond to take care of my clients and to accommodate them. But the time has come to truly focus on my family, my self and my health.

Starting in the new year, I will only be working one Saturday a month and slightly condensing my hours the 3 days a week I’m in the salon. I will strictly not be coming in early, staying late or coming in on days off anymore.
In turn, I will be raising my prices as well. I will no longer be taking any new color corrections or intensive lightening services as I’ve developed a slight allergy to bleach and do not wish to see it get any worse.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! If I am no longer in your budget, I understand and will help guide you to another stylist if needed.

Thank you all for your unwavering support and love! Cheers to boundaries and honoring my health! I hope you all do the same for yourselves!

New clients often ask how long they should go between cuts. If you’re looking to maintain short face framing and layers, I recommend around 12 weeks. But I have tons of clients that love their grow out and only come in anywhere from 4-12 months! When paying more for a good haircut, remember that you’re paying for the longevity as well, meaning you’re spending less per year 🖤
