We have a couple very talented ladies taking the stage this weekend at Monzú. ☺️ Linda Woodson 🎙️ and the Monzú Trio lead the way providing the sounds for a lovely Friday evening with Naomi Mauro and the Monzú 🥁 Trio following up and keeping the good vibes going 💃 on Saturday evening. Music starts at 8:30pm on both nights and we highly encourage reservations. We’ll see you soon!

TONIGHT is the ALS of Nevada Fundraiser event, so we will not have regular service. Regular service will resume Tuesday, August 27th(8/27). We do hope you’ll still join us for the event!

When the summer heats 🔥 up, it’s time to step the cocktail game up. 🙌🏽 This jet black concoction is a smooth marriage of Don Fulano Fuerte tequila, squid ink, lime juice, agave, and bianco vermouth called the “Black Agave.” The subtle salinity of the squid ink balances any bitter notes, in turn gluing everything together to reveal a perfectly sweet bouquet of citrus and botanicals with hints of vanilla on the palette. Another must-try from our talented bar team! 🥂

A visit to Monzú in the evening is like the cheese 🧀 to our tagliatelle PPF. 🍝 A fantastic and tasty way to cap everything off. 😊

Our Lemon Drop is the perfect answer to the intense 🥵 heat we’ve been experiencing in Las Vegas. Unlike the typical Lemon 🍋 Drop, we use egg whites to create a velvety mouth feel and we finish it with ground coffee, rounding out a beautiful balance of aromas, textures, and flavor through the entire drinking experience. 🥂
