Christmas Stollen bread is here!! These are pictures of the unbaked loaves and making nut rolls. You can see the stollen is loaded with apples, cranberries, raisins and pecans. Plus we’ll have nut rolls, cinnamon rolls, Sunflower Sourdough bread, French Bread and sweet dinner rolls.
We are open today until 6 pm. And Saturday 10am-2pm.

Can you find me?! The first calf of the fall calving season snuck through the fence and is snoozing comfortably in one of our riparian buffers (wildflower area next to a small stream). He’ll head back to his mama when hunger kicks in!
Thanks Megan Pollaro for sharing this with us! A fun way to use our delicious chip steak! Shabu shabu. In this case it’s basically our chip steak cooked quickly in a seasoned chicken broth and then dipped in flavorful sauces. But the video says it all!

Just twinning! Twin calves are a blessing, but can often be a challenge. Unfortunately, sometimes the mom doesn’t connect with both calves quickly enough, so one calf is orphaned. In this case Mike was able to bring the mom and twins back to the barn soon enough to keep the mom-baby connection strong for both calves!
