The Heartland CPM program is the only program that offers a professional, nationally recognized credential to public service employees in Kansas and Missouri. At the end of the 11-month, 300-hour course, which includes your capstone project, you can add CPM to your signature, and you will have earned it!

This course meets two days a month from January - November.

Participants will:
• Develop a stronger understanding of themselves
• Strengthen their leadership skills
• Bring out the best in others
• Inspire creativity and innovation
• Explore public policy, ethics, and performance management
• Learn to lead through transition

The conference brings together women for a day of inspiration, rejuvenation and camaraderie. It aims to inspire and support women working in public service. These employees work in administration, finance, sustainability and human resources.
